Águeda is known for its “umbrella sky project” program that takes place during Agitágueda, July and other activities throughout the year. There are river beaches, Alfusqueiro, Redonda and Bolfiar 8 km away. In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. The independent house is located on the second floor of the Main House, with two flights of stairs, and features a good bedroom, bathroom, common living room with sofa bed and equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. For guests' comfort, we have a luggage elevator.
