Néia is super attentive and welcomed us very well. We also had the pleasure of tasting a delicious coffee from her farm, which was a special touch during the stay. Access to the city center is quick and easy by avenues, which made our tours much easier. I definitely recommend it and we are very grateful for all the hospitality!

The apartment is impeccable and in a very quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. Towels, linens, everything extremely clean and fragrant. The experience was very good for five people, as the apartment also has a suite. Excellent shower!

The loft is so beautiful! It has an incredible view of the city and Cristo, right next to it is the beginning of the trail, which I highly recommend. The neighborhood is very central and nice to walk around. The way the check-in and communication with Pedro made me feel at home, it 🥹 was really worth it 🙏

Great house, large and spacious, well lit. Quiet place, we felt safe. Suitable for those who are driving to facilitate travel, as there is no nearby commerce. The house has a garage, but we found it more convenient to leave the cars on the street in front of the house and it was super quiet. Rita welcomed us personally, provided mineral water and basic items.

Sensational house with all the amenities we needed! Extremely clean and uncluttered. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything (next to the Guaspari Winery). Álvaro and Letícia were the best hosts we've ever had. We'll be back for sure!

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Very well located house, close to bars, restaurants, and tourist spots. Extremely clean, impeccable dishes, bed and bath linens as well. Care is evident in everything, even toiletries are available in the bathrooms. The kitchen contains excellent appliances and quality utensils. Maria Letícia was very kind to welcome us with cake, fruit and coffee. Each one is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and even better than described. There's a house manual, with explanations of the city and tips on where to go, wonderful! Easy checkin and checkout. I will definitely return!!

We love it! Mr. Marcos is a super host, helpful, kind, friendly. The house is a cutie, we didn't enjoy the pool because it was very cold, but we made good use of the house's spaces. Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

André's apartment is excellent and very well located — everything is close by! We had an easy time both with the early check-in and the late check-out, which made all the difference in our stay. And we were surprised with a delicious coffee, produced on André's family farm and available in the apartment itself. A special touch that made the experience even more welcoming!

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
