We are in a region just a 10-minute drive from the city center, but far enough away for the Atlantic Forest to make its difference with many birds in a pleasant climate. We also have 500 mb Wi-Fi, a large leisure area with a wood stove, barbecue, swimming pool, fire pit area, etc.
