The house is large, with 3 bedrooms, very well-equipped and cozy. The Wi-Fi works very well, automatic gate and alarm in the house. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and also offers water, soda, etc., at a very fair price. It is in front of a park, which allows for walks. It is very close to restaurants, about 10 minutes at most, and also with easy access to wineries. We spent a weekend that was very cold, but when we entered the house, it was always at a very pleasant temperature. João Paulo is extremely attentive, responds very quickly, gave us detailed information and tips in the city. We highly recommend your hosting and we definitely intend to return!

Sensational house with all the amenities we needed! Extremely clean and uncluttered. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything (next to the Guaspari Winery). Álvaro and Letícia were the best hosts we've ever had. We'll be back for sure!

We were at Quinta d'Aurora this weekend, wonderful place, quiet, just like it was in the pictures… The house is perfect for big family.

The condominium was the star of its time, and is still well preserved, with courts, swimming pools and well-kept surroundings. The apartment is renovated and newer than the others, small and functional with a good bed and shower! It already has bed and bath linens! For those with children, be aware that the condominium operates completely only in season, and some things only on weekends. The pool is not heated, it is air-conditioned with the famous "icebreaker."

Talita was wonderful, the place is beautiful, well wooded, with game rooms, swimming pools, places to walk, close to the center, it has a mini market, kids space. I went for work, but I'll be back for pleasure. From Talita to the employees, everyone treated me with extreme kindness.

Simply AMAZING! The Quisisana condominium remains as SPECTACULAR as it was in the past! The last time I went was more than 25 years ago, it was already GREAT, now it's EVEN BETTER! Ofuro, saunas, immersion baths, heated pool, in short, one of the BEST trips I made to Poços de Caldas!!!

The apartment is excellent and the condominium wonderful (it even looks like a club) ... everything is clean, organized, smells nice and is airy, it met all our expectations, I intend to return more often. The condominium staff are very responsive and polite. Sylvia is a great host, I highly recommend her.

The condominium has great pools, a very large leisure area, for those who have a great place, have recreators on specific days. For those who have a pet place is allowed but there are some restrictions. I and my family will return for sure.

The place is wonderful, very easy to find and close to the city, the owner was always available, super recommended!

We spent 4 days on Paolo's Airbnb on 2 couples and 2 dogs, at the turn of 2024 to 2025. The listing accurately describes the location and we were able to enjoy everything, like barbecue, pizza oven and swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the rest of the house. We used absolutely everything in the kitchen to cook every day. On the first day we met Paolo, who showed great willingness to offer us a quality stay. The housekeeper is also very kind and helped us whenever we need it. The highlight is to see that most of the farm animals walk loose and enjoy nature! It has from ducks, chicken, dogs, cats and chicks! All living together in harmony and loose. The housekeeper takes very good care of the place. The only point of improvement are some leaks that fall in the rooms in moments of heavy rain, but it is something already expected in an old house. We changed the bed of the place and life that follows. No doubt we recommend and will be back for sure!!

The place is perfect for those looking to escape from the big city, away in tranquility, the climate is well temperate, typical of mountains (fresh air and warm sun). For those who fish have a very good lake to do so. The pool is heated, has hydro and waterfall, ideal for children, my family was able to rest and have fun. The house is very large and spacious, the host is very attentive, flexible and ready to meet the demands. The kitchen is well equipped, a lot of utensils and everything is well cleaned. In general, those who see the photos will not be disappointed when they arrive at the site. For those with children, take basic medicines because the location is away from the city, if you need a pharmacy it should cover at least 15 km. Congratulations to Luís for the location and the prompt service he provided during our stay, I believe we will return at another time.

Delicious house to spend a weekend of rest. Quiet and beautiful. The facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, beach tennis court, fireplace and spacious rooms with large beds. Wi-Fi works well and everyone was able to work from there. Karina is extremely kind and quick to communicate. He gave tips, recommendations and was ready to help.

Maurício is an excellent host, his mother too, who welcomed us with great sympathy. Maurício responded super fast, supported us with the check-in so we could take a tour of the winery and even sent us an excellent city guide. The place is peaceful, in the middle of nature, with a lake for fishing and animals. We took our dogs, who enjoyed it as much as we did.

It was an amazing experience, we loved it so much that we booked an extra night after we were already there! You don't want to leave!!! Myself and my family enjoy a lot. Ariel is always polite and Ju is very attentive and helpful. Rex is cute and super polite! The goats are a show in themselves. This stay certainly made the city of Poços de Caldas even cooler!!
