Great value for money. Very nice hospitality. 2-room accommodation small but very functional close to all amenities facing the beach. We felt safe with very friendly and always available staff. We recommend this accommodation in a very good location.

I had a great stay at Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was spotless: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always nice to see when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I definitely recommend it to others and hope to return soon!

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located right on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/7 micromarket and best of all, an unparalleled view. We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. There we felt at home. What we needed during our stay was provided to us. Jeanne and Lucas are super kind and attentive hosts. We already want to go back. See you next time!

Oliver's house is in the center of Taiba, it's an excellent house, with a great pool and a deck with the sea knocking on the door where you don't even feel like going out, Arlindo was very helpful and the appointment of the cook Ercila was excellent, the cleaning was good, there's a little market right ahead. The negative points are: kitchen was not equipped, we need to take some items and there are 5 bedrooms with only 2 suites, it has to share bathroom. But I would definitely go back to the house.

The house is very good, a forest in the middle of the hill, amazing, very quiet and quiet, who seeks peace in simplicity is the right place, you can even take a late afternoon walk with an amazing sunset. For surfers, it's close to a peak that can be reached on foot. Mikail is also a great host, was proactive to pass along the checkin-in information and always very helpful to ask questions. The house has a view and is close to the sea, the sea is basically the backyard of the residence. He left through the garden door. It's a few steps from the beach. The location is close to restaurants, markets, pharmacy. You can do a lot on foot or within a few minutes by car. About the house, the biggest problem was some leaks in heavy rain which I have already reported to Gian, in addition the stay was comfortable and I recommend the place. Francisca is also a fine person and provides support in an emergency. Gian recommends tours and activities to do on the premises.

Even before the on-site arrival, the service was already excellent. The very organized team gave us clear guidelines and in a very receptive way. The place exceeded expectations, as beautiful as the pictures. The service was spectacular, we had no idea that we would have so many perks. Breakfast was served according to the times suggested by us, with a lot of whim and organization. The staff are very well oriented to cleanliness at the least inconvenient times for the guests and kept the house always smelling. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel! I hope to return one day!

The stay was wonderful! The little house is beautiful, even more beautiful live. Super airy, sea view, ventilated, with lots of cute details, mega-equipped kitchen! A very nice house, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, close to the beach, you can walk there easily, very quiet beach (if you want to enjoy the beach, bring a sun umbrella, beach chairs, water, etc. because there is no beach hut nearby). Vanessa is super attentive and always available. We were four adults and a little dog and the house served us perfectly, a well-equipped kitchen (I only missed a microwave), two en-suites and a guest bathroom, air-conditioning in the three bedrooms, a relief for the hot days of this period, but the balcony with hammocks is well ventilated in the afternoon, with visits from singing birds, butterflies and dragonflies, a delight! The pool is very nice and relaxing. House of good energies! They were moments of peace and relaxation, exactly what we wanted.

Everything was great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower in the social bathroom (in the service area) was not working, there was no shower installed. Another observation that must be made: the condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and they collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this annoying and embarrassing, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.
