Excellent apartment with a very good location, in the staff, many restaurants, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Although the building is old, it is still very modern, with a gym with good treadmills and suitable for a quick workout. It has a swimming pool and saunas, but we don't go there. Leonardo has well-written rules. I think it would be interesting to change the key to an electronic lock, the current one is very difficult to open.

The apartment has a perfect location, the beach is a few steps away, there is a place to have breakfast around the corner, good restaurants nearby, the pool is not very big but my children really enjoyed it. I liked that there is a lot of security to enter the building and everything is close by.

Nota 1000!!! This apartment is sensational. Very well decorated, equipped and extremely clean! It has an incredible view of the sea! We spent 10 days there and didn't miss anything. Cecy was very helpful to us from the first contact! Here are our thanks!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was just as shown in the photos and even more spacious. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen, a large TV and air conditioners worked excellently. As a point to improve, we suggest that the apartment have replacement toilet paper and that there be soap and shampoo.

Amazing apartment, just like the photos in the listing. Extremely comfortable and complete condominium, with a gym, swimming pool (very good), gym and grocery store. The location is amazing, you can visit the museum and the beaches of MAM, in addition to the restaurants and being very close to the historic center. The host responds very quickly, clears up all doubts and is very organized.

Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... I highly recommend the space.

Perfect stay! The place was clean and organized, with great places to visit around. Safety and silence were a bonus, Julia was excellent at everything and the sound of the waves was the best sleeping companion. Everything was wonderful! I recommend it!

We traveled 2 months through the northeast, on the way we stayed in this apartment and we made a point of staying again. A fragrant, clean place, complete with utensils, cotton linens (neither mesh nor polyester) that makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from the trip, excellent shower, tasteful decoration. Maria Luiza's apartment, in addition to being very well-equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, the staff is attentive and it is very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outdoor area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

The host was very attentive and welcoming, and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. They were wonderful days with the family, the house was impeccable, tidy, fragrant and clean. A very welcoming environment, excellent location (in front of Praia dos Milionários), and close to markets and other shops. The condominium is an excellent place, with a swimming pool, leisure area and gym. We will definitely return again.

Sergio's house is great, better than shown in the photos,including. Very spacious, well-equipped and with homemade 24 at your disposal for any questions. I went as a family and perfectly met all our expectations.

We're all in love with the place, it's beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The stay was excellent, we will be back for sure. Tip: It pays more to rent a car to have a 10/10 experience, the location is a little far from the center of Arraial to walk.

Simply perfect – a magazine-worthy experience! We stayed in this amazing house with our whole crew: me, my wife and 3 children (11, 6 and 5), my sister with 3 children (18, 16 and 11), my other sister and my mother. In other words: a full house! And it was perfect in everything — exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable, equipped, beautiful and surrounded by nature. But what made the stay memorable were Mrs. Cléis and Mrs. Carla. Cléia is a 5-star hotel chef disguised as a kitchen fairy - each meal was a spectacle (with fun stories!). Carla took care of everything with affection, precision and joy. We felt at home from the first minute. We'll be back for sure... if there's still a date! 😄
