The stay was perfect, Tatiana is VERY receptive and attentive, she left all the instructions clear before we entered and made a point of meeting us and welcoming us when we arrived, she showed us everything, gave tips and both the apartment and the bed and bath linens were extremely clean. The apartment has everything, it is extremely well equipped, we felt at home. The building's structure is perfect, with a 24-hour doorman, swimming pool, gourmet area, fitness center, and other amenities. And the location is privileged, very close to the beach, easy to get to and from Uber, and even on foot to go to bars or shopping. May reserve without fear.

Ótima localização pra quem quer paz e segurança. A estrutura do edifício é bem legal e condiz com o anunciado e fotos. O Victor foi sempre bem prestativo e rápido nas respostas e me deu sem soluções pro que precisava.

Tudo exatamente igual ao anúncio, casa ampla e confortável, ótimo condomínio fechado e relativamente próximo do centro, além de muito perto da praia. A Larissa foi uma ótima host.

Acomodação condizente com o descrito. Perto da praia e da área comercial. Casa bastante arejada e com muitos utensílios úteis à estada. Camas muito confortáveis. Sala e cozinha amplas. Um quarto com banheiro integrado e outro banheiro social com lavabo. Ares condicionados gelando em ambos os quartos. Enfim, ótima escolha.

Os dias na hospedagem de Vicente foram muito tranquilos. O espaço é bastante silencioso e super tranquilo. A casa é pequena e aconchegante, nos acomodamos bem, pois só estávamos eu, meu esposo e nosso cachorro da raça Border Collie. Ficamos bem restritos por causa dele, ele não podia ficar mais livre, tem uma regra bem rígida que cachorro deve ficar na coleira o tempo todo. No mais, é um ambiente muito bom, calmo e acolhedor.

A casa é linda, super bem decorada e com um quintal maravilhoso, um verdadeiro refúgio! A cozinha é super completa, cheia de utensílios que facilitaram muito a nossa estadia. O caseiro foi incrível, super solícito, e o anfitrião, muito atencioso e prestativo o tempo todo. Como sugestão, seria interessante ter um espaço comum mais aconchegante para relaxar além do quarto, algo como um cantinho com puffs ou sofás, ideal para sentar, conversar e curtir com os amigos. Também sentimos falta de cortinas mais grossas em alguns ambientes, que ajudariam a garantir mais privacidade. No mais, adoramos a estadia e, com esses ajustes, a experiência pode ficar ainda mais incrível para os próximos hóspedes.

O espaço é ainda melhor do que nas fotos! Extremamente completo, bem equipado, espaçoso, limpo e seguro. Sem contar com a gentileza e simpatia do Luiz e de toda sua família, sempre a postos pra ajudar e até mimar os hóspedes. Nos sentimos em casa!

Quiet environment and easy access to places! Important for those who want to do business or go to meetings! View of the sea from the balcony to relax after a busy day. It has everything in the apartment as shown in the photos, plus a swimming pool and weight training area. I've recommended it to friends and recommend it to anyone who wants what the images and description of the place show! Beyond my expectations! Very polite and helpful host!

Everything is spectacular. The complex is spotless. The common spaces are very useful and are constantly being cleaned/ taken care of. The pool is very much enjoyed in the evening hours since at 6 pm it is already night here. The plants and vegetation are very well cared for and give it a special touch. Regarding the apartment the location is close to the beach and downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is very tidy, clean to have an excellent stay. Good bed, good shower. Thiago is constantly communicating in case we need something and I give us a lot of useful information about the area

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

To my surprise Baixio is a place of unique nature, quiet and beautiful place. Paula is a great host because she passes all the information before hosting and responds quickly. The apartment is cozy , everything clean and well taken care of.

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful.
