Host Ana was waiting at the time scheduled for entry, she also advised on nearby places. Those who like to walk have a Rissul market and Expo Gramado nearby. Borges de Medeiros avenue is also close by. Great value location.

The location of the apartment is perfect! Close to the tourist center, supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants and cafes. Parking is very convenient, as parking in the neighborhood is expensive. The apartment is modern, comfortable, very beautiful, it was clean, with good bed and bath linens. The kitchen has all the infrastructure for a good stay. There was mineral water and a complimentary cookie! ❤️The only observation is that, despite having a washing machine, it was not clean and there was no soap for us to use it. Check-in and check-out were on time. I recommend it 👍

We love the apartment, all brand new, clean and fragrant. Comfortable mattress, pillows and sofa bed, cozy environment, wonderful shower, kitchen with all the necessary utensils and also has a washing machine. Great location with garage, perfect for storing the car and exploring downtown on foot, much more practical. Close to the indoor street and almost in front of the apartment has a wonderful fondue restaurant (Bella Brasa). Super I recommend the apartment. A great accommodation! It's on one of the main streets, you can leave your car in the garage and explore everything on foot. It is very close to the sights and the place is quiet. Everything was impeccable and exactly matches the photos and listing. Very beautiful, cozy and the apartment has everything you might need (there's even an umbrella, I forgot to bring mine and it was very useful on a rainy day). Naira was the one who welcomed us, super kind. I will definitely choose to stay in this place again on my next trip to Gramado.
