Guilherme very good host, although he did not receive us, he was very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The premier hotel, the spectacular attention as well as the facilities. We really enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely pick it again.

Accommodation exactly as in photos. The location is perfect. We only use the car to go a little further away. The accommodation gate goes straight on the sidewalk, which is less than 1 block from the indoor street. The room has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The temperature in the city was 13 to 25 degrees. The room is warm and the blanket supplied our needs. We didn't get cold. Hot shower. Mr Olavo received us super well.

I went with my husband and two young children, it was wonderful days, the children loved everything, Edgar promptly answered all my questions, very considerate. I didn't even want to leave the hotel! As for Edgar, everything was perfect, the only problem was that on the last day we couldn't enjoy the pools because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and at the same time they also closed the outdoor pool due to a problem with bees that would be captured by an expert, and so we were without a pool, which made the children sad. But in short it was soooo worth it!!

Everything went according to plan. Pedro was very attentive and we arrived at the apartment easily. Being inside the Serrano Hotel helps a lot. You can use all the hotel facilities, restaurants, Prawer store, beauty salon… Very good. Only the TV control is not very good and few hangers are working, most are broken. Apart from that, the apartment is super comfortable, wonderful bed and shower, super fragrant bedding. Very good! We'll be back!

Franciele, extremely pleasant , was always on hand to assist . We had previously stayed at the hotel , I have 2 children and really worth it for those who have children , especially for the well-structured kids space and with helpers from 09:00 to 22:00. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers all meals . Wonderful Hotel Infrastructure, we'll definitely be back.
