We really enjoyed our stay at Paulo and Ann’s place. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside space was exceptional with wonderful views, comfortable seating and a pool. Paulo and Anne are excellent hosts; very friendly and helpful. Paulo provided lots of restaurant recommendations and information on the local area. I was unwell whilst staying there and Paulo and Anne could not have been more caring, even to the extent of Paulo making me a hot toddy to help me sleep. It did! I thoroughly recommend this Airbnb, for its comfort, excellent outside space but mostly for the kind, helpful and caring hosts.

The amazing view from the veranda more than compensated for the challenging climb up a rough private road in first gear.

Gorgeous two weeks in Teresa’s villa. The best view we have had in many a year! The house is rustic and comfortable for one to two families and the pool is a decent size overlooking the hills and the sea in the distance. One of the highlights of the stay was the daily visit of a friendly local dog who my children adored and played ball with! The house was easy to find based on the coordinates Teresa sent a few days before via message and she was super responsive throughout the stay when we had questions/issues. Only negative feedback were the beds, which we found too hard for our liking, plus the first few nights were difficult due to the heat and the absence of air-con. We would definitely come back to this idyllic spot again. Many thanks

The apartment was very big, fully equipped and really comfortable. The area is quiet but just some kilometers by car and you can enjoy wonderful beaches of Algarve! Our experience exceeded our expectation.

Would 100% recommend Antonia’s place, my family and I had an amazing stay. The photos do not even do this place justice - just beautiful. You need to drive to shops and beaches but the privacy and beautiful surroundings suited us perfectly.

We were three couples that stayed in this Portuguese property. There are three bedrooms, two with their own ensuite and the main master bedroom almost having its own wing with the bathroom next to the bedroom. It was perfect for three couples. Showers were really good. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. Apart from the three bedrooms what really sets this place apart is the outside area where there is plenty of seating options and a lovely pool to relax in. The pool is not large (approximately 7 to 8 m long) but is perfect for cooling off and playing games. William is very responsive and friendly as the host and owner. Check in is easy through a LockBox. You will need a car to get to restaurants and the supermarket. I would definitely come back to William’s place – a wonderful place to relax in the sun in Portugal.

WOW!! I have been in Portugal 2/3 times every year for 40 years and can say that I have never been in a better house North/South/East/West. Yes I have done most of the country. The property is just a mile away from Supermarkets in a proper working Portuguese town. The Grand Salon/Libraire is wonderful. The massive kitchen with farmhouse table is the heart of the house. More like a home than a holiday let!! Where was I ever provided with such beautiful glassware and cutlery The bedrooms are huge with an “en suite” bathroom with quality fittings to every room. The secondary kitchen is very useful for a quick tea or coffee. Then the grounds…..Superb and well kept…..Great swimming pool. The welcome on arrival and tour from Teresa was much appreciated. She is such a lovely lady and pretended to understand my Portuguese! For our party of 4 retired couples using 5 of the bedrooms it represented superb value for money. Highly recommended!!

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay at this property, it was just what we needed coming from a big city. It is absolutely private and you will never encounter other people or hear traffic. The views are fabulous. The pool and garden area is lovely and we spent a lot of time outside lounging. Sandrine and Joao were super responsive. There was an issue with the power grid in the area which they kept us informed about at all times.
