The place is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely be back another time! ✨♥️

What a wonderful experience in São Bernardo! The house is simply perfect: spacious, incredibly comfortable and very well equipped. The location is a great advantage, with easy access to supermarkets, markets and malls. In addition, security is a highlight, as the street is a dead end and has a surveillance guardhouse. Márcio's hospitality is impeccable, always very attentive to us. I highly recommend this excellent hosting option!

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

We were very well received by Mrs. Alice, and we couldn't forget Jade and Jota, who are so cute 🐶 The very pleasant and cozy atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Abel was available at all times to answer our questions, I highly recommend the space!

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

I had a great experience! The Host Aurélio, remotely, was very helpful and attentive during the stay. All clean, organized and comfortable environment. Because it is close to the immigrant highway there is a bit of car noise, but it didn't bother me. I'll host again again times.

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

Tarcísio is a great host, very proactive and enlightening in all the details we needed, nice and attentive, giving tips on nearby places to eat. The Studio is beautiful, very cozy from the entrance (there is even a grocery store) to the apartment itself, very tidy, it has utensils, TV, hair dryer, it's complete!!! Finally, the neighborhood has a lot of shops and is safe, the stay is perfect, you can rent without fear🥰! Congratulations Tarcísio.

I loved the stay, everything was very beautiful, organized and clean! When we arrived, music was already playing, and it was decorated in a romantic atmosphere. Everything is perfect, the view is incredible and the listing photos match reality.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and cozy, the apartment is small, which makes it difficult for people with mobility problems, but we expected this, it is just an observation for others who want to stay there, the host was super attentive and even offered another apartment to accommodate us better, the concierge was super well trained and prepared.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We missed a gallon/water filter. The entrance to the block is by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and called the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
