Vacation rentals with a patio in Sanzhi District

Perfect location! Comfy beds!

I stayed here for 5 days with my two elderly parents, and we had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing, with two bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a washing machine. It’s located right above a mall and very close to Taipei Main Station, which made it super convenient to get around, including easy access from the airport and to the MRT. There are tons of food options nearby, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and hot water was always available. Despite traveling with elderly parents, we didn’t face any issues, everything was smooth and accessible. The host was fantastic, very communicative, responsive, and flexible, always ready with helpful suggestions and clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here!

It's a few minutes' walk to Ximen Station.The room matches the pictures.However, the bathroom may be a little old and a little smelly; it would be better if the water pressure in the bathroom was a little higher😆

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Ann’s place. The only thing I wish it was better was the sound proof. We can hear other people talking. But we still enjoy our time there, thank you.

The housekeeper is warm and friendly, attentive and courteous, noticed that our colleagues have a small baby and took the initiative to provide a baby bath, helped us solve the situation where the phone card could not be used, the house provided travel guides for many different areas, and also introduced a chartered car service, the driver was very friendly, took us to play in Yilan for a day, introduced local food, very considerate service,😊🙏🏻 very satisfied with the choice of this place in Bitan

Thank you for the amazing stay! The place was perfect and clean - so comfortable for me, my husband, and our 8 month old baby. Host was so kind, thorough, responsive, proper, and genuine! We felt so appreciative. Place is better than what the photos show, brilliant view from the balcony too. The building is amazing - brand new, high-end, modern, clean, safe. Walkable streets - even with stroller - with family mart right below and with so many good food options a stones throw away. Our host recommended so many good places - the famous famous Michelin recommended gua bao is right below, just a minute walk away on the same side of the street… I went 5 times during our 5 day stay.. so delicious! The place was definitely worth it and better than all our other airbnb experiences in Taipei - we will definitely stay here again next time! Thank you so much.

This was just what we needed for our stay in Taipei! The room was clean and spacious, and had a great view. The couch bed for our third person was very comfortable. The keys are a bit finicky, but not a major problem. The neighborhood is peaceful while being very convenient!

The place was super spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in.

Nice cozy place. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Supermarket nearby. I wish both links apple and google show you the wrong or none location. And please get a new mattress, the one i had, i felt every metal feather.

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Clean and great location!

The location of this home is very lively, there is a lot of food, there is no worry, there is everything nearby, there is enough space in the house, the size of the house is definitely enough, the host is very nice and willing to communicate with us to help us check in and check out, if you want to find a place that is quieter and has good living opportunities around, I recommend this one

I used the accommodation for 4 people. I was satisfied with the clean interior and spacious space.

This is a small studio apartment on a floor with several other apartments, attentive staff during business hours, and a very convenient, quiet, residential neighborhood. The room itself is basic, and really only comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. Very tall people may find the bed to be short, but it was comfortable. There was cleaning offered every other day. The floor is run by a group from the local church, and a staff member with good English skills is there to help during business hours. Several local people rent adjacent apartments. You should also plan to be quiet, and to be respectful of some lightly Christian decoration in the shared hallways. There is a delightful private courtyard and easy access from the road in a very residential neighborhood just north of 大安 park. You won't find nightlife or even many restaurants close, but the park is the main draw. Early risers will find many groups practicing tai chi and other Chinese exercises. You can even join in!

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

This apartment is beautiful, and the host is very kind. The area is also very nice!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.

There are comfortable accommodations and many restaurants that you can enjoy within walking distance. Thanks to the kind host's guidance, I was able to stay comfortably :)
