Safe location (gated residential condo), quiet, spacious, comfortable, with a grass soccer field, swimming pool for children and adults (with shallow and deep areas), grass volleyball or badminton court, Barbecue grill with freezer and a duplex refrigerator, suites with ceiling fans, space for home office in the suites, and a wonderful view. It is not allowed parties after 22:00 hours and do not release fireworks. After 10:00 pm the guests who came to spend the day must leave the house
