Perfect location for a couple's getaway, well-organized space, good location with several places to visit nearby and the host provided great support when needed.

Thiago was extremely attentive and helpful with us from the moment of check-in, assisting us with a parking lot for overnight stays and assistance with the apartment until the end of the stay. Very well located and close to everything on the beach.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and receptive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Host was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

The apartment is in a safe and excellent location to reach everything Santos has to offer. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, as well as a children's area, supermarkets, and various activities. The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Roberta always responded promptly to requests and check-in and check-out were very easy. Absolutely recommended! Thank you! The stay was amazing, the place has a wide view of the beach and access to many restaurants, bars, markets, and the beach, I didn't even spend 2 minutes walking. The host always provides the necessary support, very clear information, and responds promptly. The reception and room service were very hospitable, they are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel offers a pool, gym and sauna, which I used and approve of a lot! I highly recommend it, and I intend to return soon, excellent!

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The condominium is beautiful and the staff are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. Impeccable decor, very clean and very beautiful, we loved it and we certainly recommend it. The host is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Apartment with a foot in the sand, close to bakeries and supermarkets, has air conditioning in the suite and in the living room, the host was super proactive and with effective communication, we would definitely return on the next trip to Santos! It has a garage that made it a lot easier! I recommend it!
