Appartement très fonctionnel et spacieux, propre et idéal pour accéder aux différentes activités, restaurants. Situé à quelques mètres du port où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants de très bonne qualité, des bars, boulangerie et supermarché. La piscine de l’hôtel à laquelle nous avons accès est très agréable, elle dispose d’un petit bar. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et arrangeants, ils prennent le temps de vous recommander des activités et des restaurants, peuvent vous aider pour la location d’un véhicule ou la réservation d’un restaurant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce logement aux personnes souhaitant découvrir Ios.

Me and my friends had such a great stay at Maria’s! She was extremely friendly and was there if you needed anything at all! Would definitely come back to stay again!

Muy buen alojamiento, ubicado cerca del puerto de Ios. Nikos fue un anfitrión muy amable, nos recogió en el puerto a nuestra llegada, nos ayudó con el alquiler de una scooter para recorrer la isla y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre lugares para comer y cosas para hacer. Desayuno muy completo. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Tutto è andato bene. Ci è piaciuto il posto, da dove si possono facilmente raggiungere tutti i siti turistici più importanti dell’isola. L’appartamento era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per passare une vacanza tranquilla e piacevole.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Villa Markezinis, we arrived on a late flight from Athens and Marie the host kindly waited up for our check-in and promised to give us more information the next morning. The following morning Marie gave us a map of Santorini and proceeded to annotate and provide us with great sights to visit, tips on good places to eat and helpful information for getting around. Marie also kindly organised the free transfers to and from the supermarket and transfers too and from the airport and port. Villa Markezinis is spotlessly clean and calm, the breakfast is great value for the area and a good set-up be it for a day of exploring or lying by the pool in the sunshine! We couldn’t recommend the place more, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and with the mountains towering from behind it really offers the best of beach staying in Santorini!

We had three different accommodations during our stay in Greece, but Piccole Case was our favorite. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located. The host kindly picked us up from the airport at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture. The Kamari beach, with all its restaurants and shops, was just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended!

Everything we were expecting and more! We had a wonderful time despite the weather being less than ideal. The hosts were accommodating and made our stay all the better! Breakfast was great and the place was gorgeous and very clean.

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et bien aménagé. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. L’endroit est calme tout en étant proche des commerces et de la plage, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a également un arrêt de bus à 10 min à pieds pour aller à la gare routière de Thira. Alexandros est très réactif par message. Petit déjeuner gratuit (sucré et salé) et surclassement offert. Une excellente adresse pour un séjour très reposant, je recommande vivement !

We had a lovely stay at Piccole Case and felt very at home. Alexandros was friendly and helpful and the accommodation was ideal for what we wanted - a peaceful week of relaxation. The room was large and very clean and tidy, with a small kitchen area, including a fridge, which was useful. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and taking a dip when it got a bit hot, and the terrace outside our room (5) was ideal for having a glass of wine and playing a few hands of cards of an evening. It was an easy walk to the beachfront and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, more than I was expecting. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and having visited some other parts of the island we were, despite a little noise from the planes overhead, very glad that we chose both Kamari and Piccole Case as the base for our trip. Thank you, Alexandros, for a lovely stay.

we kwamen veel eerder aan dan de incheck tijd maar dat was geen enkel probleem. we werden vriendelijk ontvangen en mochten meteen gebruik maken van het zwembad. we kregen zelfs toast, ei en jus. elke ochtend kregen we een heerlijk ontbijtje en werd onze kamer netjes bijgehouden door de schoonmaakster. het was er erg rustig en de omgeving en het uitzicht is prachtig. op 10 minuutjes lopen ben je aan het strand en de boulevard met winkeltjes en restaurants. bij het hotel is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. ik had me geen beter verblijf en betere service kunnen wensen. als we weer naar santorini gaan, komen we hier zeker terug.

We had an amazing stay here! Me and my partner stayed for a week and had the best time. The host was amazing and sorted transportation for us from the airport. Complimentary breakfast is provided every morning and consists of a toasties, boiled eggs and croissants. There was a cleaner on site who done an amazing job and swapped out our towels + provided extra toilet roll and bottles of water. We stayed in a different room as shown on the picture, but if anything it was nicer. A lot of restaurants about a 10 minute walk away, but not as many pubs/bars. We rented a car which I definitely recommend to explore the island as there wasn’t much to do around the area. Highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful three night stay at the end of the season so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with a short 5- 10 min walk to the main part of town with all the busy restaurants and bars. Super clean with a minimalist design. Very relaxing pool area and breakfast in the balcony was a great start to the day! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace & tranquility away from the hustle and bustle and we would definitely return. Thanks for everything!
