Beachfront vacation rentals in Santorini

Wauw! Top location by the water on the edge of the caldera. Amazing view. Quiet and private. Ideal to chill out. Property fit for up to four people. One master bed and two single beds. Terrace with table and four chairs, and outdoor shower ideal for after a swim in the sea. I brought my SUB and that was awesome. I do recommend renting a car to reach the parking by the sea and being able to visit other places on the island. To reach to airbnb, you will need to cross part of a beach so be aware when traveling with heavy luggage. The nearby restaurant is closed (end May 2024) so you if you are not cooking yourself, you will need to travel to eat somewhere else.

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Excellent emplacement pour visiter l'île, au calme et proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Grand merci à Markos et Pedros pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions, et leurs conseils qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Merci également de nous avoir permis de disposer de l'appartement plus tôt que prévu Je recommande sans hésitation !

Des hôtes parfaits, une maison paisible dans une petite rue à deux minutes de la plage de sables noirs et une eau transparente. La jolie terrasse pour se reposer au retour d’une journée de visite de l’île est sans contredit un gros plus. Vous trouverez des restos sur la rue de la plage. Je conseille par contre une voiture.pas de soucis la maison a un grand stationnement qui peut facilement contenir deux voitures au besoin. Kostas nous avait recommandé un loueur que nous n’avons pas pris et à grand regrets. Il était plus cher mais beaucoup de scap côté voiture sur l’île. Kostas a aussi organisé nos transferts aller-retour au port. Ses parents sont venus nous accueillir à notre arrivé à la maison et étaient là aussi à notre départ. Des gens charmants. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés et vous souhaite d’y séjourner un jour vous ne le regretterez pas! Plusieurs Airb&b à mon actif et définitivement un des meilleurs.

Overall was excellent. But could have used a new pan and some paper towels. Place was very nice. Good location very close to the beach. The host and cohost was very friendly informative. Was a little smaller than I anticipated for the price but again overall very very nice.

Wir haben uns extrem wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein Traum. Maro ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die uns schon vor der Reise Videos mit Anleitungen für Anreise und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten geschickt hat und uns so perfekt vorbereitet hat. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Lydia, die sich um die Wohnung gekümmert hat, immer ansprechbar war und uns einen unglaublich wunderschönen Aufenthalt beschert hat. Wir fühlten uns wie im siebten Himmel. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da man so die Insel besser erkunden kann. Für den Strand sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen, da der Strand vor dem Haus ein Steinstrand ist. Dafür ist das Wasser glasklar (auch wenn es bei uns Anfang April noch recht frisch war, aber die Verlockung war zu groß) Hier lohnt sich übrigens das frühe Aufstehen, da man mit einem wundervollen Sonnenaufgang direkt über dem Meer belohnt wird. Alles in allem können wir dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen!!!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabet’s place. It was a beautiful private home right on the water. We could easily walk to some restaurants and drive everywhere else we needed to. We also enjoyed staying home and cooking and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces that were cozy and private Host was communicative and responsive. Elizabet met us upon arrival to show us everything. We would definitely stay again.

הבית של מריה מהמם והיא הייתה ידידותית וזמינה, נענתה ברצון לכל בקשה ועזרה בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. הנוף של הים נפלא והבריכה נהדרת ונהננו ממנה מאוד! כדאי לשים לב אם מגיעים עם ילדים קטנים שצריך להשגיח עליהם היטב בגלל הבריכה. לצערי, ורה סוכנת הבית לא האירה לנו פנים (למרות שחשוב לציין שכשפנינו ישירות למריה היא פתרה את הבעיה על הצד הטוב ביותר)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Rodakas Hotel, avec deux jeunes enfants, avec piscine très agréable, petit déjeuner en supplément de grande qualité, accès supérette et restaurants proches à pied, plage sympathique après marche en pente sur une dizaine de minutes. Personnel serviable de bons conseils, ambiance familiale bien agréable et un remerciement spécifique au barman pour son temps accordé pour qq parties d'échec avec notre fils aîné !

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

I must confess I kept scrutinising the other reviews because they sounded too good to be true. The listing and reviews definitely were 100% accurate. We were warmly greeted. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us - very helpful from transportation, island tours and local recommendations. The villa itself was spotless, well stocked, very clean (cleaned every day). The pool was heated with a jacuzzi which was awesome. Breakfast every day was a delight of fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and other lovely things. The area is perfect, just off a main road for a peaceful, private stay but very close to a cute little supermarket, ATM and bars and restaurants. A 7 minute walk to the beach and other bars and restaurants. The island itself is lovely with very friendly people but I’m glad we stayed here and would definitely come back.

Top notch stay!!! Communication was GREAT! It was the smoothest airbnb stay we've ever had with them waiting for us at the airport upon arrival to drive us to the airbnb, providing a rental car for our stay and serving breakfast daily by the nicest gentleman, Milton!!! I highly recommend this place and will be back!! Shanice also told me about a great vegetarian restaurant, Tranquilo, only a 3 min drive which we ate at every day it was open and it was delicious!!!

We are a family of four with two small children and we had a wonderul stay here - the villa was perfect for us with lots of space. It is impeccably clean and we really appreciated the daily service. The pool is lovely and would be refreshing on a hot day. The location is very convenient for the beach and for choice of restaurants/ bars. We ate in Perivolos (Savvas Popeye was amazing) and Perissa which is less than 5 minutes by car or 20-minute walk along the beachfront. I also got out for some pretty incredible running in the mornings; it’s a great base for exploring the island that way if you’re into hiking or running. It’s also really nice to stay in the quieter South side of the island and visit the more ‘popular’ places for day trips. We loved coming back here in the evening. For anyone travelling with young children, there is a playground opposite the villa which we found great. Thank you, Athanasios, for the great recommendations and warm welcome!

Logement impeccable, bien équipé, très propre et bien agencé, hôte accueillante et réactive, Le seul petit bémol a été la route passante, nous pensions être un peu dans un cadre un peu plus reculé avec la mer en contrebas mais rien à dire sur le logement en lui même, la place de parking était très pratique!

Our experience at Secret Earth was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—housekeeping came daily. A special shoutout to Mary, the receptionist/concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. Her attention and warmth made a huge difference. We were also greeted with fresh fruit, cheese, and bread—which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Great host and perfect location. Close to the beach, cafes and supermarkets. Host was very helpful and was always available if needed something for our stay. We would love to go back here on our next trip. He also has great deals on car rentals so make sure to ask. Cheers

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! L’hôte nous a conseillé de nombreux endroits à visiter. Le logement se trouve à 2 min à pied de la plage de Perissa ce qui est un vrai plus. La location d’un moyen de locomotion pour découvrir l’île est indispensable, mais nous avons été très bien aidé par l’hôte pour trouver tout ce dont nous avions besoin !

We had a wonderful stay here!! We loved staying in the quiet, but populated area of Perissa Beach (away from the touristy spots of Oia and Fira). And much cheaper staying here than those big cities (that you can easily get to by bus or renting a vehicle). We loved walking right to the beach, which was literally across the street. Perfect bed, AC unit, bathroom, and amenities for our stay in Santorini. We truly had a wonderful stay here and would 100% stay here again!

The hosts were very friendly and always willing to help. When we arrived they welcomed us sincerely and made sure we felt at home. Everything looked and was exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The jacuzzi is completely private and cleaned multiple times everyday! We were able to relax very well. Really a highlight The location is a short walk away of the beach and all the beaches aren’t far away. Our stay was 10/10 we would really recommend staying here!

L'appartement offrait de belles prestations, le jacuzzi est un gros plus pour finir les journées de visites. L'emplacement est proche de la plage et des restaurants, idéal avec un enfant. Cependant, il est idéal d'avoir une voiture pour rejoindre les 4 coins de l'île. Service presque hôtelier avec le passage quotidien pour remplacer les serviettes. La bouteille de bulles dans le frigo est une super attention! Nous vous remercions pour l'accueil.

Just a stones throw distance from the beach, with pretty much everything you need within a 5 minute walk, a small but complete apartment, the office is underneath the apartment, open all day and the host always more then happy to help you with any question or tips. When I arrived, a sandstorm had hit the island the day before so the whole island was covered in sand, the cleaning lady noticeably spent a lot of extra effort to get the place spotless again. No matter when I entered the office, David, our host, was always in happy mood and always found time for some chitchat, a great guy! Parking our rental car was never an issue, there was an semi fenced in area just behind the apartments, which is an old campsite. We were there late may early June, so a bit before main season, so it gets busier in main season. In short, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it if you are not looking for something super fancy and relaxing.

My stay at E&E Villa in Kamari was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – it's centrally situated, just a short walk from the shops, tavernas, and the beautiful beach. This made it incredibly convenient to explore everything Kamari has to offer. The villa itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Furthermore, the communication with Christina was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend E&E Villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Kamari. It's a gem!

Endroit magique pour chiller , lire , se baigner …. Randonner sur l’île aussi ! Très bons restaurants avec spécialités locales, y compris vin blanc produit sur l’île ! Le logement est conforme aux photos et la terrasse avec vue à 180 degrés sur la mer ! Apostolos est un jeune homme qui est très sociable , aime rendre service , disponible, très accueillant ! Nous avons pu rencontrer aussi les propriétaires , en vacances aussi, qui étaient soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour , nous ont accompagnés jusqu’au bateau , très accueillant également !

On a passé 10 jours incroyables à Santorin et c’est en grande partie grâce à nos hôtes, un grand merci tout était parfait !
