I had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and just as described in the listing. You can tell the host takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment. The decor and overall vibe made it feel like a home away from home. The host was fantastic—extremely professional, friendly, and had excellent communication from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and check-in/check-out was seamless. It really made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain house. It’s the perfect place to unwind, with stunning views, a huge porch, and plenty of cozy spots for relaxing – including a ton of rocking chairs that made every moment on the porch feel like a classic mountain retreat. Enrique was a great host, even recommending a fantastic local cook who made our meals, which were truly spectacular. It made our stay feel extra special. Just a heads-up – the main kitchen is set up for help, which means it’s a bit separated from the main living areas. This was fine for us since we weren’t cooking ourselves, but it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Overall, a peaceful and memorable stay. We’d definitely return!

A beautiful place to disconnect, a lot of peace and quiet to breathe. The road is very good and the path is very good to get there. It's 8 minutes from the village by car, so we had everything nearby. The surroundings are very nice and well kept.

It is a cozy place, in contact with nature, a place to rest, beautiful and cool. Mrs. Miguelina, who is in charge of the place, is a very helpful, attentive and willing lady, 100% ready to help you with everything. Definitely, if you want to be in a place with everything you need to be next to the river, in a great location, clean and beautiful, it's a very good option.

Carlota's place is just as described! It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family. The house has everything you need and Ramon is very accommodating with anything you need. We will definitely be back again!

An excellent place to connect with nature. Located on a mountain near Pico Duarte, for those who want to have this adventure. Plus the weather is super nice. We only had one problem with the water, but Ruddy was always willing to help us.

Everything is very nice, very friendly, very clean, they are always attentive, so if you need something they are a sweetheart, and it is a very, very quiet and beautiful place

Me and my family really enjoyed staying there. Super clean and cozy. The only thing was that the entrance was not so accessible, but to be honest it was because of the rain. Besides that, the place was great. Highly recommend, cant wait to go back :)

The place is fantastically beautiful! It is very quiet and the perfect place to relax - no noise! It looks exactly like the photos and you feel right at home. The road to the cottage is adventurous but easily doable with a car. The hosts were very nice, always available and very helpful. We 100% recommend the place!

Our stay at this cabin was simply magical. It is located on top of a mountain between Manabao and Jarabacoa, with surprisingly easy access, although we recommend going in a vehicle with good traction. The place is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by gardens that look like a Disney movie. The house is rustic but very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable and special stay. The owner is noted to have a background in gardening, botany, or even scenography - every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed and full of life. The views are spectacular and the weather changes throughout the day, so it's a good idea to wear several layers of clothing. The couple who attended us at the property was lovely, and Mildred couldn't be more friendly, attentive, and hospitable to us. Our only regret was having to go. We will definitely be back.

An excellent experience. Julissa is a super host, always attentive to all the details and responds almost instantly. The house is well organized, very spacious, with all the utensils you need. Large garden, close to downtown, but in an area away from the noise and with a very good view. We are already coordinating our next stay. I recommend it 100%!!!

This place was extremely clean, extremely well. Equipped and more than I expected, the property was easy to access. The road was a little rough, but that is part of the terrain and the beauty of the city. Apart from that, I don't think we could have asked for anything better. I wish I would have taken pictures.But I was too busy enjoying the mountains and the views.

Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of trees was pure serenity, and the cool mountain air was a refreshing change from the city. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. From the warm wooden interior to the comfortable bedding and modern amenities, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor deck whit the warm water jacuzzi was a favorite spot—we spent hours enjoying the view, sipping coffee in the mornings and stargazing at night. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing excellent local recommendations and ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish…

This is the second time we've come back and it's always a pleasure. Everything was perfect!
