Our space is located in the city of Tepic. 3 minutes from Forum Tepic, 2 minutes from Puerta de Hierro Hospital, 1 minute from Bodega Aurrerá, 1 minute from banks and stores such as auto parts stores and hardware stores. It is a very well located and safe place because it is a residential area. We are 30 minutes from San Blas and 40 minutes from the Santa Maria del Oro lagoon.

Excellent accommodation, even a thousand times nicer than what you see in the photos, it's completely worth it, excellent value for money, it was an unforgettable stay, the place is truly beautiful, with a breathtaking view, the villa is very clean, Carlos was always attentive and friendly with us, he gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit! We will definitely be back! Be aware that you will be living with nature, bring repellent 🎋🏕️

The place is just as shown in the photos, just one detail in the photos, only one bedroom appears and in reality there are 2 and both have air conditioning, it is clean and tidy, clean beds, the garden area is very nice, Don Cruz is always very kind

The house is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.

The cabin is much better than we thought. The property welcomes you with a beautiful garden full of palm trees and flowers. The cabin is elevated so the views stretch to the beach both indoors and outdoors. Each space has the perfect dimensions to accommodate a whole family! The rooms, bathrooms, and dining rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We took our dogs and they were happy to join us on our trip, and we took them to the beach every day and had no problems, we loved that the cabin was so safe with its entrances. Overall we loved the service and that the property was so well-equipped! They lent us everything, an umbrella, a board to be in the sea, a barbecue, hammocks, the kitchen was super-equipped with pans, sauces, spices, dishes, in the bathrooms they were super generous with toilet paper, soap, super hot water, nothing ever failed, the pool was super nice! Really an excellent place to stay.
