A GEM! The dream apartment! Super comfortable, very well decorated, accessible on foot or by car, close to the sea and restaurants. Erico is an incredible host, proactive, responsive, warm, welcoming and very available. Very small downside for the water pressure but Erico has the solution to this problem. Bravo again and thank you! I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

The house is very nice, very clean and tidy, close to a central avenue and with a shower that works. The kitchen is equipped with necessities. Maria was very attentive to everything, and helped us with all our questions. However, if you come in summer, it's quite hot and there's no air conditioning.

I highly recommend staying at Carlos, the flat is extremely clean and we felt super comfortable. The area is safe and restaurants nearby are delicious. Carlos is a very nice and friendly person.

Despite the language barrier, Eunice has always been available and friendly. The apartment is perfect and the area where it is located is very quiet, although a little far from the center (but in 10 minutes on foot you can get to a lively area with many taxis). Recommended!

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

We had a great time in this very well furnished, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. The ocean view is really beautiful, a real plus for relaxing. The host, Neves, was very available throughout the stay. The only small downside is that the accommodation is a little out of the way, but it remains quite manageable: you can easily reach the center by taxi in 5 minutes for little money. In short, a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet with a superb view!

Our contact person was great, she responds immediately and solves everything immediately. We had no water for a while and it was so arranged. We will definitely come back!

Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby e.g. grocery store, shopping center... Thank you and we look forward to returning again.

Very nice place, we felt very welcome. Miguel is there anytime for taking care, answering questions and doing it's best to create us a nice stay. Thank you a lot! The Appartement is very good located without beeing in the "partyzone", beach and center are close, bakery not even 5min. by foot.

Excellent aparment in a wonderful location, next to the sea, in a very safe condominium where you can watch the sun setting from the pool. The restaurants are just next door, from the traditional to the stylish and a sushi restaurant with a good ambiance. We want to return soon.
