Vacation rentals with beach access in Santiago

The stay with Ricardo was extremely nice. Dining and beach within walking distance. Plenty to do in the area. Ricardo welcomed us very hospitably while we arrived at night. Highly recommended!

Antonio’s apartment was exactly what I needed for my short stay in Tarrafal! It was clean, had all the essentials, and was a short way into town/to the beach—not to mention, the price was great. Though he was abroad at the time that we booked, I didn’t have trouble communicating with him before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Many thanks to Mirian for these welcome messages, and her professionalism. positive: the apartment is identical to the description and is super well located. You are a 15/20 minute walk from everything. We were super happy with our stay. Plus, Mirian is very responsive if you have any problems! In the evening you have a guard posted in front who is also very friendly. The apartment contains everything you need, washing machine, cooking utensils, microwave, gas stove, air conditioning etc... negative: - showerhead to be changed. - I would have appreciated 2/3 bags of tea or coffee for the morning and a pack of small bottles of water (because arriving at night from Saturday to Sunday) on Sunday everything was closed. Fortunately a taxi found us an open supermarket, it would be a plus for Mirian, whose cooks will appreciate the gestures. Apart from small details, everything was perfect. Thank you. All the best.

This place was the perfect place. Very clean and spacious. The host Jeff Is perfect and was there to help whenever it was needed. Jeff made sure I was ok and was ready to help at all times. I will book this place everytime coming to Praia!!!

Manuela is a GREAT host She helped us find a taxi as soon as we arrived at the apartment so we could get around (arrived around 10pm), she also found us a taxi the next day to be able to pick up our rental, she helped us every time we had a question due to the difference of language in the country, she always responds quickly, she is kind as not possible. The apartment is large (even better than in the photos), everything is available and the accommodation was SPOTLESS when we arrived. It's by far one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. We had a great stay at Guillaume's apartment. The two bedroom unit was super clean and very functional. The location was perfect. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. We'd gladly stay here again.

Paula's accommodation is as advertised, very well-equipped, a very pleasant terrace and 2 minutes from the beach. Paula is a very responsive and welcoming host, like all Cape Verdeans! Thank you for everything Paula!

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

Edna's place is spacious and very clean. It is located in a very beautiful house . Edna is responsive and communication was perfect. We were greeted by Neusa, Edna's sister-in-law, who is very friendly. There is a good Wifi connection except in the bedrooms. The apartment is a bit tricky to find. You have to find your way around the green hotel, which is just before. There is a bakery near the apartment where one can find good bread.

Nice apartment close to shops, beaches, and promenade. Well connected to the city center by buses. Paulo is very friendly and responsive host. I would stay in this apartment again should I visit Praia in a future.

The place is very big and looks like the pictures. The house is well located close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The host was communicative and helped with additional arrangements like airport pick ups. Thank you for the stay!

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

My stay at Casa Riviera went very well. The accommodation was large and spacious, with a cute little terrace. It was clean and nice. Very advantageous point, there is an affordable car rental agency right in front which is great. I recommend taking a car for 3-4 days to visit the whole island at your own pace. The beach is about a 10-minute walk. I recommend it:) Also, there's a lot of grocery stores nearby so it's great. Restaurant point: there is a brunch nearby Adèle good value for money.

A GEM! The dream apartment! Super comfortable, very well decorated, accessible on foot or by car, close to the sea and restaurants. Erico is an incredible host, proactive, responsive, warm, welcoming and very available. Very small downside for the water pressure but Erico has the solution to this problem. Bravo again and thank you! I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

The house is very nice, very clean and tidy, close to a central avenue and with a shower that works. The kitchen is equipped with necessities. Maria was very attentive to everything, and helped us with all our questions. However, if you come in summer, it's quite hot and there's no air conditioning.

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.
