A noter que je vis dans la maison attenante avec MYA adorable berger allemand A 10 mn du RER A (20 mn Paris) En voiture 20 min ,25 min Disney, 15 mins d’Orly.

Petite maison de 35 m2 constituant une dépendance de notre habitation, comprenant : séjour, cuisine équipée avec coin repas. A l'étage chambre et salle d'eau. Le bien comprend aussi un poêle à granulés et climatisation réversible dans la chambre. Accès au jardin pour y prendre vos repas ou pour vous détendre. Possibilité de garer votre voiture dans la cour. Arrêt de bus face à la maison pour la gare en 8 mins et châtelet en 30 mins. La coulée verte est au fond du jardin.
