The place is a bit away of everything. For that it is very relaxing staying there! The couple owner gave a lot of love to the apartment which one can fell when entering the place! We cannot thank the owner enough for hosting us! It was a pity that we did not stay long at this address! We highly recommended!

The house is wonderful :) all the support from Susana and Mr. Nuno was exceptional! Nothing was missing! Extremely clean house with everything you need to spend a relaxing family vacation, close enough to visit Tomar and go shopping, and far enough away to be in the quiet of the countryside. For sure, repeating it!!

I went to meet my brother and his family to spend Christmas together , Maria Helena was vey flexible and friendly, explained that party wasn’t aloud as described but a family meeting would be welcome because Christmas is a special occasion, we had a wonderful family dinner, place is absolutely stunning, Maria Helena and her husband are very friendly and Helpful. Maria Helena showed around and explained how to use the facilities. The house is big and beautiful, kitchen has everything we need , weather was cold because the winter but the place has heating and 2 wood fire and enough wood to burn inside and outside if need . Stunning mountains view. I recommend anyone who goes hire a car to explore around . The Nazaré beach is stunning ( famous for the highest waves in the world) . Villages around ate beautiful snd clean , it stands out for the oranges , small trees with oranges everywhere, locals also put bags of oranges around in fences for free , we enjoyed oranges from her garden .

I only wish that Anabella could hear all the ‘wows!’, gasps of delight and smiles of appreciation for this wonderful property as you walk through the door!! Set in a quiet hillside location, It is just the most beautifully laid out home… modern, yet rustic… simply furnished but oh so comfortable with cosy lighting and quirky touches!! Everything has been catered for and thought about.. it is super well equipped and even provides a juicer for the ample supply of oranges growing on the trees in the garden… such a treat! The house is tastefully decorated with Anabella’s personalised and creative touches. The soft ambient lighting both inside and out elevate this property to another level after dark! We stayed as a family of nine with two little ones.. who adored the pool and loved watching their favourite programmes on the big screen! We ate in every evening, such were the glorious sunset views from the terrace table. Thank you, Anabella, for sharing your beautiful home with us..

On the first day the light went down several times but it was nothing that was not resolved ,the house was clean,the space outside calm and comfortable,has all necessary utensils,last night we decided to extend the space to another night and Anabela was 5 stars,responded quickly and was super friendly! Very nice place and I certainly don't regret it. I highly recommend it.

The house is great, we felt right at home. The new pool was great for the kids. The area is calm and was very pleasant.

I had a great experience! The site is exactly as described, very clean, well located and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I recommend and would certainly host again!

It was a fantastic stay with family and friends. The house is wonderful, according to what is shown in the photos and description. Joaquim was attentive and responded quickly at all times. Super-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean and large bathrooms. Nothing negative to note.

Rita and Paulo were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Genuinely friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. We absolutely loved our stay and all the amenities that were available at our disposal to use. We only left ‘the compound’ for food supplies and spent our two weeks playing board games, billiards, ping pong, foosball, swimming on the beautiful pool, and chilling out inside (which was incredibly temperate, even though the days were hot). We cannot thank Rita and Paulo enough. We made many wonderful memories during our stay. It was exactly what we needed during the school holidays, and as a respite to our small apartment in Lisbon. Thank you, Rita and Paulo! ♥️

Very spacious house with amazing views. We had a bachelorette party, but you could also go with family and enjoy a few days of vacation.

Truly true: a paradise on earth. 45 minutes drive from Lisbon on a quiet road, ideal to visit the city. Gigantic large house with enough bedrooms and three beautiful bathrooms. Spaciously equipped kitchen. The house is in a secluded villa neighborhood and is secured as a fort knox, with steel panels that you can close for all windows. Not only do they secure well, but they also provide less warmth inside (lack of air conditioning is actually not a miss, it stays cool enough), and screens all the sound from outside. And the pool, the giant pool: WoW. Bigger than we had at many campsites in the past. In short: not cheap, but if you want to unpack it is highly recommended.

Great stay, exactly as decribed and very clean and lovely house. Jorge and his wife were very friendly, flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if dont mind being a drive outside of Lisbon.

Wonderful vacations We are a family of ten and we have spent 14 fantastic days in august 2024 at Joao’s family house at Salvaterra de Magos. The house is very big ( as presented in the pictures), very calm., very confortable (including excellent mattresses ) , very clean and with breathtaking views of fields mountains and birds. It is so well oriented that we did not suffer at any moment of heat . Almost no need to use the air conditioner The kitchen is big , functional and fully equipped with all necessary stuff The pool and gardens are wonderful and very well maintained as in the pictures It is close to all facilities and supermarkets and with very easy access for excursions on the Tajo river and to Lisbon area . The only inconvenient for us were the mosquitoes at the sunset . We would like to thank Joao for letting us sharing his wonderful family house , for his kindness and politeness and allowing us to have these wonderful vacations !!

Our stay at Quinta do Tojal was simply amazing! The farm is super spacious, very well maintained, beautiful and impeccably clean. Ideal for large groups – there were 10 of us and everyone loved it. Luisa was an exceptional host: always friendly, available and helpful from the first contact. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

We were very welcomed by the hosts, the space was pleasant and well cared for. The view was spectacular, and the large backyard offered several activities, making the stay even more special. A fantastic experience we recommend.

Amazing house and view

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Monte da Courela. The space is very nice and has many amenities: kitchen spices, toys for children, books, 2 televisions. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: we asked for a crib and in addition to the crib, we had a baby bath towel. In addition, each room had a bathroom, which, for a large group with children, translated into a very comfortable stay. A special thanks to Carla, she was always available for any questions. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday with the family in the nice quinta of Konrad which is situated in a quiet and beautiful area in the Portuguese countryside. The owner lives near the villa and is very discreet and ready to help.

The house is very nice, it's even better in person. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious with different decorations. A very well-prepared pool and barbecue area, although we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather. There is also an attic with billiards, chess, piano and TV where you can have a good time. The only thing that I think is scarce is the heating, as the radiators on the ground floor are very large and not sufficient. I also have to say that they offered us firewood for the fireplace. There are also common areas that have ping pong, soccer, a children's park. A very quiet area and close to many places to visit. Our stay was great and we were treated very well.

The house exceeded expectations, both in decoration, functionality, cleanliness and outdoor area with an impeccable pool. The host was attentive to the smallest detail and made us feel at home.

If you're looking for a home from home, then this is the villa for you and your family/friends! This amazing spotlessly clean property is large, light and airy located up in the hills of Leiria and had everything we needed (the kitchen was extremely well equipped!!) to make our stay very comfortable. There was an assortment of games at our disposal (both indoors and outdoors) for all the family to enjoy....and we did! 🙂 The villa is a short drive from Leiria town which has a very large supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our host Luis kindly left us a selection of local fresh cakes for us upon arrival. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and before our arrival sent us lots of useful recommendations on restaurants, places to go etc. We highly recommend this accommodation and the very welcoming hospitality.
