Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. Stéphanie and Francesco are remarkably kind hosts, a great welcome. Fruits and vegetables from the garden as well as wine and aperitif offered on the day of arrival. The house is an island of freshness in the heat of Sardinia. Everything is functional and very beautiful, in the surroundings superb beaches and sites to visit are numerous. We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

We spent a wonderful vacation as a family in this great vacation home in Sardinia! The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and equipped as described. We were particularly enthusiastic about the wonderful pool, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days and was extensively used by young and old. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach beaches, shopping and beautiful excursion destinations by car. The spacious terrace overlooking the mountains was our favorite place - simply fantastic! Communication with the host and the locals was very friendly. They were very helpful and always available if questions arose. We felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

We had a lovely stay with my husband and mom as well as our 5 dogs. The accommodation is very well done. The pool is a real plus. And the automatic gate that opens into the enclosed garden was the best! We recommend it!!!

We really enjoyed the magnificent view of the sea and cliffs. Beautiful beaches are quickly accessible by car. The resort is very well maintained, at the end of May / beginning of June it was pleasantly quiet there. The apartment is fully sufficient for two people. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property—perfect for families! Francesco was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

We absolutely loved Claudio's house it had everything you could possibly need. Our arrival was very late and we really appreciated the welcome hamper with all the food essentials and the large supply of drinking water also the beer and wine, that was a special touch. The accommodation was just as the photo's showed very comfortable and spotlessly clean, we met Claudio the next day he's is a perfect gentleman, he showed us how to use everything and explained the bins and downloaded the app which was very useful. The house is located close to a breathtaking beach about a 10-15 minute walk Also very close by a wonderful fish restaurant with great food & service. There's a small supermarket some shops and a cafe that served food all day. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend The Dream House to all our friends and family. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.
