The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Super logement pour une famille de kiteurs avec enfants. Le grand jardin, la piscine et le trampoline on ravis nos enfants.

Molto al di sopra delle aspettative, appartamento fornito di tutto, pulizia impeccabile, spazi ampi e ben organizzati. Immersi nel verde si gode della tranquillità della zona pur essendo vicini a centri abitati. Valentina host perfetta! Discreta ma sempre presente. Nel complesso una meraviglia!

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren 2.te Hälfte September bei Paolo zu Gast. Er ist super freundlich, reagiert direkt auf Fragen, gibt gute Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Straße zum Haus ist etwas holprig, hat unser Lancia Y aber gut gemeistert. Die meisten Zufahren zu den Badebuchten sind auch in keinem besserem Zustand, damit kann man leben. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Ausblick toll. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, man kann sich auch selbst etwas kochen und sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen, selbst bei Regen, da es überdacht ist. Alles entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Kleiner Tipp, nehmt euch was gegen Stechmücken mit. Die Biester sind zwar winzig, man bekommt aber große Placken. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Fliegengitter, aber das hilft nur begrenzt. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit Spitzen Wetter. Temp. Mittelmeer 23-24°. Können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :-)

Più che essere accolti in una casa vacanze, si è accolti in famiglia, con gentilezza e cura di altri tempi. l' alloggio è facile da raggiungere, pulito e con servizi in più, colazione e parcheggio libero, che dire... w simone

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. We stayed at Mariano’s place for 12 days and it was a great holiday. The apartment is exactly like the pictures with a few extras, super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine was really helpful and waiting for us were local snacks, wine, bottled water and Coca Cola. The check-in was super easy with the lockbox and free street parking. For a perfect beach day Mariano provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Also provided were recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and much more. We stayed in contact with Marian’s daughter Anastasia and she was super sweet, helpful and fast with her responses. If we come back to the sardines at another time we would choose this place once again!

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

Très bel endroit, les propriétaires Très discrets mais dispos pour répondre à nos questions. Juste le Wi-Fi pas top. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment un plus. Merci pour tout

Très chouette séjour à Sant'Antioco, l'appartement est situé face à la mer dans un quartier à 10 minutes de marche du centre. Les plages sont accessibles en voiture seulement, mais ce n'est pas un problème puisque la place de parking dédiée au logement est facile d'accès (dans la résidence où est l'appartement) et à l'ombre ! Intérieur qui semble avoir été récemment refait. Pensez simplement à bien tenir compte du fait que les denrées de base (huile, café, etc) ne sont pas présentes dans le logement en dehors du gros sel, idem pour le liquide vaisselle, et tout se passera bien! Les serviettes, torchons, draps, et le savon en revanche nous attendaient à notre arrivée :-) Très bon contact avec l'hôte (à distance uniquement), très claires indications pour le check in et le check out!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
