Vacation rentals with a patio in Santana

Très beau logement bien situé. Plusieurs choses sont bien pensées par les hôtes pour le bien des voyageurs. Les hôtes sont très disponibles. Comme d'autres l'ont mentionné, les bruits venant de l'extérieur de l'immeuble (chien qui aboit) et de l'interieur (logement du dessus) ont été pour nous le seul point négatif de notre séjours. Je recommande.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. C’est un logement très tranquille et très bien situé. Parfait pour les derniers ou premiers jours sur l’île étant donné sa proximité avec l’aéroport.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Peng. Het appartement is gloednieuw en je ziet dat het met aandacht is gemaakt. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en luxe afgewerkt. Vanaf het terras heb je prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ook het gedeelde zwembad is erg fijn. Houd er rekening mee dat er 's avonds geen zon meer is. Om de hoek zitten fijne bakkers voor ontbijt en er is ook een grote supermarkt dichtbij. In ruim een half uur loop je naar het centrum van Funchal. Terug pakten wij vaak een Bolt of de bus, dat scheelt een hoop klimmen en kost maar een paar euro. De parkeergarage onder het appartement is ook erg ruim trouwens. Peng is ook een ontzettend fijne host. Heel goed bereikbaar en denkt graag mee. Hij gaf ons veel tips voor Funchal en de rest van het eiland. En als we iets niet konden vinden of iets ontbrak in het appartement, stond hij niet veel later op de stoep om te op te lossen. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Super Lage, man ist vom Flughafen schnell an der Unterkunft. Da die Insel nicht groß ist kann alles innerhalb von 1 1/2 Stunden mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit Guido und seiner Frau war super. Wir konnten früh einchecken, Guido hat uns herum gezeigt und wann immer wir Wünsche oder Probleme hatten hat Guido sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen. Wir haben uns morgens auf die Pastel de Nata gefreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzige Punkte die nicht perfekt waren: Wir fanden das Bett eher unbequem und durch die Nähe zur Straße war es Nachts lauter als wir es gewohnt sind. Wir würde das nächste mal auf Madeira wieder hier her kommen.

We were welcomed immediately very friendly by Connie, who gave us great tips for the restaurants in the neighborhood and some fresh vegetables from the garden. Connie and Johnny are always available for any questions, yet you have total privacy. The view is amazing, day and night. All furniture is from the highest quality, fully equipped kitchen, a perfect bed and an awesome bath. Worth every cent, just book it and you will have a dream vacation!

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! It was so charming, clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely magical. We saw so many rainbows. The mountain view was so peaceful and calming. Marta’ s place was pristine, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sao Vicente. A perfect stay. Marta was very responsive, welcoming and friendly.

Exactly as described, - quiet neighborhood, clean place, responsive hosts. About an hour from Funchal on the north tip of the island.

This is a fantastic apartment home. The place looks like in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very large kitchen with all appliances and a peaceful backyard with morning sunshine. A very peaceful place near the top of a mountain with easy access to beautiful hiking places just a short drive away. The home is in FAIAL which is the best area for hiking and lookouts places. Also the best value in all Madeira. This area is the best for nature lovers and away from the more expensive places in Funchal. I’m definitely returning in the future. By the way, Marco is a great host, very proactive, with a lot of suggestions on places to go.

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

We just finished 2 magical days at Patricia’s home and cannot say enough incredible things of her place. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, with an amazing pool and jaw dropping views. In addition to this she was so accommodating to us and made sure we were comfortable the entire time!!! Uber’s and Bolt’s are easy to call and extremely affordable. We did not want to leave and are already planning our next trip to her home!!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig gelegen im Norden von Madeira. Es handelt sich um eine sehr ruhige Lage, wie beschrieben neben dem Kirchturm der zu jeder Stunde laut läutet, allerdings um 10 Uhr abends das letzte Mal und morgens um 8 Uhr zum aufwachen. sonst sind die Bilder im Inserat mehr als aussagekräftig und absolut übereinstimmend. parken ist überhaupt kein Problem, allerdings ist die Lage des Ortes eine Grundvoraussetzung für einen Mietwagen. Manny ist einer der besten Vermieter den ich bisher erlebt habe. Er wartet bei der Anreise an der Wohnung, nimmt einen in Empfang, zeigt einem alles in einer Ruhe und gibt viele Tipps für die Umgebung, sei es kulturell oder essen. Er ist immer erreichbar, absolut freundlich und mit ihm zu reden und zu plauschen bereitet ein großes Vergnügen. alles an allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen so dass wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen werden. wer eine ruhige Wohnung in schöner Umgebung mit toller Aussicht sucht wird hier fündig. vielen Dank Manny

A very peaceful and private place to stay in Sao Vicente. Being spacious and having great views makes it a perfect place to rest between activities. Beds are comfortable and closets are fantastic. There was port, fruit, and cake waiting for us, which was a welcoming touch. It is about a 35 min drive to Funchal and closer to an hour to get to and from the airport. Less than hr to elsewhere on the island. Notes: 1) Access: To get to the restaurants and shops is a steep climb with stairs or road, so be prepared to drive down or get some exercise :) 2) Parking and layout: The gated 2-car port is on the roof of the home and is at the end of the street where there is viewpoint parking. It may be a little tight getting in and out if there are cars. You go down 1 floor to get to the bedrooms and one more floor to get to the living room/kitchen and pool. 3) Shopping: There is a grocery with long hours down at the shoreline (10 min walk). Would stay here again and again. It’s an old style layout with beds and bath on a seperate floor, and one bedroom is captive. However the positives were extremely strong. The systems are top notch: Plumbing, heating/cooling, water pressure, WiFi, TV, outlet availability, and good work spaces…were all excellent, which rarely happens. I can see why this is a traveler favorite. The beds would barely fit four people. They are smaller than the American “queen” and more like a dbl/full. However the matress and pillows were comfortable. The whole house is warm and inviting.

The stay was amazing, Jose was very cooperative and helped when we needed things to be fixed or done. He helped us check in very smoothly despite our flight being delayed. He is an amazing host, and the house is incredible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est confortable, bien équipé, très propre et offre une très belle vue, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, notamment pour une fin de séjour, car il se trouve à proximité de l’aéroport. On entend effectivement les avions passer, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés : il n’y a pas de vols la nuit, donc les nuits sont calmes. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte parfaite. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

Logement conforme à la description, bien équipé et très bien localisé pour découvrir Funchal. Garage hyper pratique pour stationner un véhicule. Carla est très réactive, très sympathique et de bons conseils. Je recommande !

Wirklich ein super schönes Apartment! Genau wie auf den Fotos, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Würde jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten während man in Funchal ist. Bis zur Stadt sind es ca. 25min zu Fuß. Das Bett ist super bequem. Jederzeit wieder :)

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
