Apartment vacation rentals in Santa Ponça

Everything worked out just fine. Communication and check-in, check-out was simple and uncomplicated. The apartment is in a prime location right at the entrance to the La Lonja district and near the cathedral. Despite the traffic, the apartment was very quiet, thanks to the apparently good windows. The apartment offers many amenities such as beach towels, iron, hairdryer, shower gel, washing machine, functional kitchen, Wi-Fi. I can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Miguel was always very quick to response to any enquires , very helpful . The place was comfortable and with all the amenities to spend a nice and comfortable holidays. The beach is a 5 min walk and it’s absolutely stunning.

Victoria was an excellent host. Pleasant, responsive and communicative. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony and view was perfect! The location was great. It is a lovely relaxed, quiet and clean area, but also with a great choice of very good restaurants, bars and beaches. We highly recommend this area and Victoria's apartment. Thank you so much, the accommodation was great. I was there with my employee and my son for 1.5 years. Super clean, great view. For children, there was a great area to play in the yard, we will come back. Thanks for the great time. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes.

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself very well. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have been to Iris' place for the 2nd time and had another great vacation!

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Upstairs. The apartment has all the amenities and is in a great location. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards/Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.

Great apartment in the heart of Deia. The apartment is large and fit two adults and two infants comfortably. The host is outstanding, communicating with me promptly and providing two cots for us. The apartment is walking distance to everything in Deia and has a lovely balcony overlooking La Residencia. Unfortunately on Saturday night there was a rowdy crowd of young Spanish men singing outside the apartment for over an hour at 5am! But the rest of our stay was quiet. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish our stay was brilliant. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better place for us. 5 minute walk into the local square where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from 10-15 minute walk into walk to the mariner with some amazing seafood. We can honestly say it is some of the best food we have eaten. The view from the apartment was incredible and the balcony is a sun trap. Florence was super responsive and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Cala d’or and somewhere we hope to return!

Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is of rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. His apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and ideally located, right by the water. A real corner of paradise that I recommend without so much as a second thought!

We had a great week in Cala Santanyi. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is above average well equipped! The beach is easily accessible on foot. You just have to go down a few stairs there. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket. Currently, there is a construction site right next to the apartment. Work is done there on weekdays from 7 am. It gets louder every now and then, but it's bearable. In the evening, a mosquito spray is an advantage, so that you do not get bitten so much.

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Spacious and clean apartment in the center. Quiet bedrooms. Unfortunately, there are no showers on the beach.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
