Apartment vacation rentals in Santa Ponça

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

We had a great week’s stay at Domingos. He was extremely helpful in comms before we arrived and helped us bring our luggage up the stairs (60+!) which was a huge relief after a day of travelling and with a baby 😅. Drinks and snacks on arrival which was a nice touch. The house was bigger than expected and the view from the balcony was worth the price alone. Would highly recommend 👌

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Place was in a great central location with everything you could ever need. Parking included and just a short walk away. Host was super friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay in Palma!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

We had a great stay in this studio. Clean, functional and well located, we were able to enjoy Mallorca for a few days in winter 😊 We were able to find an easy parking space nearby (off-season stay) and a few restaurants were open nearby Yeszika was very responsive by message and everything went very well. Recommended!

Loved our stay here. Perfect for a couple of days in the sun. Close to the beach, close to shops & restaurants. Apartment clean, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again!

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

We were able to enjoy wonderful days in El Toro. The apartment was centrally located and in 10 minutes you were at the harbor or in the surrounding shops. During the day we could also relax by the pool and enjoy the sun - it is worth a trip!!

A lovely apartment with everything you need. The view of the ocean is great! We were there in early June and had no neighbors - it was very quiet. You could hear the sea, that was nice! Thanks for the well-equipped kitchen and the stock of groceries! There is a shop in the neighboring house where you can get everything. Restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop are within walking distance. Next time we wouldn't rent a car, we'd come by bus, the connections are great. The bedroom with the comfortable bed cannot be completely darkened, nor can the living room. For this, it has mosquito screens in front of the windows, which we greatly appreciated.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

We had a magical stay in Port de Soller, the location was fantastic, the balcony was the best for people watching and inside the unit it was not loud due to heavy glass doors. I would recommend and will definitely come back to stay

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
