We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We who stayed in the house are a group of fifteen, two babies, four kids and nine adults. The house suited us extremely well. The location was good, short walk to shops, short walk to beaches and many restaurants nearby. Good rooms and living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool garden was awesome. The communication with the host was good. I give this house a high recommendation

We were several families of friends with children, very comfortable for everyone, the location in the middle of the village. An ideal weekend.

Great accommodation! Close to the tram that goes to Alicante and close to a nice beach. The apartment was super nice with a good pool and barbecue area. The host was super quick to respond to messages and was helpful. Great!

We stayed in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable at the place. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 am and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is no longer so hot, you can still have a drink.

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Our stay was perfect, great facilities you don’t need to think about anything! They were very accommodating for our family , especially with providing a full size cot for our 7 month old. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I had no concerns and would 100% be returning!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

The stay was great, the place is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, the house is wonderful and very quiet, we will definitely return, nothing is missing and Maria Dolores is always attentive and willing

David is a great host, Always accessible and accommodating! Location is great because there is little going on on the beach in front of the terrace during the week. Restaurants are easy and quick to reach both on foot and by car. Excursions are also easily accessible within 20 minutes by car.

Couldnt rate our stay highly enough. The hosts were amazing and met us at the villa to let us in at the time we wanted! Very kind of them! The villa was spacious, beautifully dressed, comfy and clean. The outdoor space was particulary magnificent with the huge BBQ which we used 5 nights out of 7. Who doesnt love eating under a pergola at 9pm in 25 degree evening sun!! This trip will forever be in our memories as the place our son learnt to swim. About a 45 min stroll to the beach (downhill - taxis back for us!). Lovely resturants and bars - lots to do. 10/10 holiday - would definiatley go back. A huge thank you from us to you for hosting and making our stay so wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Maria’s cotage is lovely, it is in wonderful location, easy access to the Main Street , less than 15 minutes walk to the beach , lovely area . You can see St Barbara castle from the terrace . Maria thank you very much for having us , we had an amazing time .

We had a fantastic stay, was so close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a care free holiday, will definitely be coming back!
