Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

3 couples on a Pentecost holiday in Alicante. We stayed perfectly with Soledad, 3 good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. Located quietly with 10 minutes to the center with all restaurants within reach. Highly recommendable

This is a great location. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 to the Esplanade, Old Town and myriad restaurant choices. Grocery shopping, bakeries, transit & a mall are close by. You may want to get a transit card for your stay. The walk back from downtown is pretty up hill. The space is well set up with a good dining and social area. We cook and the kitchen worked well for us when we weren't enjoying tapas or arroz at one of the many local spots. Supplies of laundry & dish soap carried us through our long stay. Carlos was super responsive and helpful including suggesting local services.

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The house was very spacious, bright and clean, it also has a fantastic terrace for breakfast. At the top of the building, there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the castle that you can access. Miguel was also a fantastic host: the house had everything you could need, including products for women such as pads and makeup remover pads; he also gave us great advice on the beaches and allowed us to check in as early as the morning. A fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend.

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of room for a large group. We were all super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the bbq, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go somewhere else for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He has given us many recommendations that have been a total success, and has made our stay great. So, in short, a totally recommended stay!!

Very good apartment size, with everything you need. There are details that can be fixed, but a very complete apartment.

We were delighted with the house; it is even better than in the photos. We worried about the sofa bed before the trip but it is very comfortable and if it sleeps phenomenal. Toni and his mother were watching over us at all times. The ideal area to rest and unwind to rest and unwind. And the house has everything you need, including oil and spices for cooking. We'll definitely be back!

A few useful additions, would be a couple of egg cups, an easy chair, a small coffee table, full length mirror, iron and a couple of beach chairs. Lucy, David's representative was lovely, greeting us in the early hours of the morning, also providing an ironing table and iron. Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we lack anything. The apartment is clean and conveniently located. A balcony with a beautiful view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is next door and the sea is a 5-10 min walk. All the amenities you need both in the kitchen and to go to the beach are there for a pleasant stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, like everywhere in Alicante in the condominiums, pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

What a beautiful location. We had forgotten our computer and Andrés took care of it. Super friendly. Everything was not super large in the apartment but present . The most beautiful thing was the pool with the view. We felt at home there. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything you are a top host!

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Excellent little property - very nice - my wife particularly enjoyed the roof terrace. Javier's directions and info to get to and get into the house were great. It's location is very good, quiet and off the beaten track, but close to everywhere you might like to go - but I suggest you do need a car unless you just intend to "chill out" at the house. Thanks Javier - we really enjoyed our stay at your property.
