Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The house is quiet and spacious

Country house in the city, it has large spaces and a very large garden with a fountain, fruit trees and tables. Inside the house there is a kitchen, a dining room, and six bedrooms. A roofed area to enjoy the garden and a wood or charcoal grill. Two tables and 10 chairs. From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, there is an administrator who takes care of the garden where his office is located. He does not enter the areas occupied by guests or the house.
