The apartment matches the listing. The place was clean and organized. Furniture and appliances are new. There is a barbecue grill that can be used. The host was very thoughtful and helpful. Condominium located in a quiet place and with non-noisy neighbors. We loved the place. I recommend it and, if possible, we'll be back!

Stay was just wonderful. From the moment of arrival, my family and I were greeted with cordiality and attention. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the silence at night ensured invigorating nights of sleep. In addition, the location was perfect, close to everything, but with guaranteed peace and quiet. Without a doubt, an experience that exceeded all expectations. I definitely recommend it!

Super recommended accommodation, great accommodation. Clean and comfortable house. With the reception of Mrs. Ivete was even better, a polite and very dear person! We went with 7 people and 2 more dogs and it was super comfortable, we will definitely be back.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. We were close to several markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were always available and responded quickly.

Monica's apartment is beautiful, everything is impeccably arranged, from the day I booked she was always attentive, she sent me a list of things I could do in Canela and Gramado. What a wonderful place! One of the best places I've ever stayed at on Airbnb, Juliana always responded on time, the person who greeted me was her husband Gilberto, who was super helpful, explained the space and the surroundings very well. It was an amazing experience, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, I will return whenever possible to stay there.

Emilene's house is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, spacious living room and kitchen, a great wood stove in the kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We felt at home. It is a 5-minute drive from downtown Nova Petrópolis. I definitely recommend it!!!

Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to their guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

I have no words to describe how wonderful this accommodation was! Perfect location, fully accommodated, beautiful view, fully equipped apartment. Both Rosângela and André were extremely kind and attentive to us, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place that is all wooded. I was confused about whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a common area, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear, always ready for any questions. The accommodation is exactly as described, excellent beds, sheets, towels, everything very neat. It has a very good location, 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe, quiet street, close to service station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. to get to know and stroll through the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

Great location and impeccable hosting! The apartment is perfectly located, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
