You have a large balcony and a patio with an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was very central and had everything we needed for a weeks stay the only downfall was the car park, very tight and sometimes the neighbours would park their cars right by the exit of the garage making hard for us to get in and out! But we were warned about this factor. Other than that, we highly recommended !

Lage ist traumhaft. Einmalig. Der Pool war hervorragend und hatte immer eine angenehme Temperatur. Kontakt sehr unkompliziert und es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Ein Laken war bei Check in nicht sauber. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit kam jemand und hat es gewechselt und es wurde sich vielmals dafür entschuldigt. Küchenutensilien, sowie eine Toilette waren teils nicht ganz sauber, haben dann einfach alles noch einmal durchgespült/ kurz geputzt dann hat es gepasst. Hatten eine tolle Woche und würden wieder kommen! Haus ist einmalig!

Appartamento grande e accogliente con tutti i comfort. Vista mare e spiaggia accessibile a piedi. Non molti servizi a prossimità. Indispensabile l’automobile! Molto vicino a Santa Cruz e da qui La Laguna e Las Teresitas sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Apartament był świetnie przygotowany i czysty. Pan współlokator bardzo dba o porządek, a na codzień nawet nie zauważa się jego obecności, a zawsze można liczyć na jego pomoc w razie potrzeby. Sąsiedzi również byli bardzo mili :) W pobliżu jest duża galeria handlowa gdzie wszystko można kupić. Apartament w samej stolicy Teneryfy jednak w spokojnej okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecam! Ciężko o lepszy stosunek jakości do ceny ;)

Bharat y su familia me acogieron como una más de la familia. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%. La ubicación es ideal. Zona familiar y tranquila, cerca del dentro. Tiene una parada de bus muy cerca que conecta con el aeropuerto. Supermercados y farmacias por toda la zona. Gracias por compartir vuestro hogar. Siempre voy a recordar mis primeros días en la isla con vosotros.
