Very complete apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedroom with wardrobes and clothes racks. I practically felt right at home The host was very attentive and always asking if everything was okay with the stay. The tip I give is about the city of BH. The day we arrived, we went straight to a nearby bar for dinner. While we were at the bar, our car's window was broken and our belongings and some electronics were stolen. So, be careful where you stop and what you leave inside the car. The police informed us that this type of theft, especially near bars, is happening frequently. After that, we don't leave the car on the street or objects inside the vehicle.

It was an amazing first experience staying with Risia, she was extremely helpful, enlightening and respectful during our communication. The Studio is exactly as pictured, towels and bedding were clean and smelled good. Impeccable space, organized kitchen and stocked with all the utensils that are indispensable for its use. Check in and check out super quiet.

A unique opportunity to stay right in the midst of Savassi's hustle and bustle, but with plenty of privacy. We visited during Carnival and went to several blocks, bars and restaurants on foot. The property is a great option for up to two people to stay in comfort. If you go by car, know that access to the garage requires a little attention, especially in the climbs, when you have a slightly larger car (we were with a HB20 sedan, and we need a little attention in the first accesses, but then we get the hang of it, always accessing the ramps of the three garage levels - the space of the property is in the G3). The gatekeepers are very attentive and helped a lot at check-in/check-out and with nearby signs. For sure, we'll be staying with Juliana on upcoming visits to BH.

Mara's space is beautiful, well-equipped and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication is quiet and fast. The location is excellent. Would recommend.

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay.
