Campo Battaglia Studio apartment in the center

Our bright studio apartment is on the third floor of a small building (without an elevator!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

Apartment completely renovated in 2020; 60 square meters with entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, three terraces. On the fourth floor, bright, airy, beautiful view, in a perfect area for visiting the acropolis (minimetro station 200 meters away) and the other Umbrian towns (2 minutes by car from the highway junction, 250 meters from the train station). Free private parking is always available.

Central, View over old city, free park

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
