Apartment in nature,10min from city

Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.

Cozy and quiet mjca house.

Massimo was charming, picked us up from the station and took us to the house. The house is very nice, surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet and family area. The host also left us a full breakfast. There is a very accessible supermarket next door. We would repeat. The only thing is that you have to arrive by bus and the last one leaves at approximately 8:30 pm, but it's only 15 minutes by bus to the center. Very good experience, thank you!!

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

We had a really great time. A cozy and very reserved place. Close to the station but at the same time quiet. Easy to reach and close to transportation to get to the historic center easily and quickly.

An inviting sauna area features warm wooden paneling and seating for two. The space is softly illuminated by overhead lights, creating a relaxing environment. Light from the glass door enhances the calming atmosphere, making it an ideal location for unwinding.

Riccardo was an impeccable host: always available and very quick to respond, even to the smallest requests. The house is charming, with attention to detail and perfect for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and responsive host, apartment equipped with everything you need such as pots and kitchen accessories, sheets, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, soaps and paper. Easy to find and easy to access! Located above the supermarket! We are satisfied with our stay, among other things, it was very convenient for us due to the proximity to the event we attended. Thanks so much for your experience!
