Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Lucía Hill

The apartment met our expectations to the fullest, matches her photographs and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, I went for a work meeting and promised to return for longer, it has very close to the Italian Quarter where I went to dinner and walk for a while, where there is a great variety of restaurants, shops and national crafts, Marco was very kind in his treatment and disposition. 100% Recommended for Quality/Price.

José Luis was a great host. Communication was very good, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The building is modern and safe, with a 24-hour concierge, always very attentive to those who came and went. It had an elevator and a water machine on the first floor and many small shops outside the building. The nearest metro station was about a 5-minute walk away and had many places to visit in the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, with everything you need for your stay. In the bathroom they had towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. In the bedroom they had extra blankets, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and eat and an electric jug to heat the water, the living room had a smart TV and a balcony next to it. The wifi worked perfectly and they also give you a card to easily enter and exit the building. Very nice experience, it had everything we expected. Thank you very much!

I had a great stay in the apartment. The location is very central, there are many shops nearby and the subway is just two blocks away. Nicholas was very kind and attentive to all my questions! I will definitely stay at this place again, I highly recommend it!

The apartment was clean and all the basic necessary things were there, more than we thought about - like drinkable water, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, cooking oil, sugar, instant coffee, tea. The surrounding area is nice. Located at a distance of less than 10 minutes walking from the metro. A lot of small markets nearby. Silent to sleep. We felt like at home.

This was a spacious apartment, plenty of room and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location, walking distance to so many attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants close. Can be noisy on weekends till early into the morning, but not a huge issue. Overall a great place to stay!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost, in short, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
