I really enjoyed staying at the place. Very clean and quiet . I felt very comfortable staying there for the second time.

If you're considering this place, don't hesitate to make your reservation! The home is so inviting. Jonathan's parents Reyna and Phillip stay on site downstairs. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable with their kindness and hospitality. The photos of the place are already so nice but they don't do it justice. The whole living space is clean and spacious. The flooring is beautiful. There are two restrooms. 1 full and one half bath making it so convenient with large groups. The beds are comfortable with their layered blankets. There are beautiful balconies and wall to wall books to enjoy. I could go on and on. They also provide snacks and beverages for their guests. It is such a well thought out and generous presentation. They have lots of towels readily available. We would definitely stay here again. It is also a great location, just a few minutes away from eateries and local shopping.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

Great place to stay whether you’re going to Disney or Knotts right in between! Quiet neighborhood, pulling the car into the side was great touch. House was very clean, felt right at home!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Great little place for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep. No kitchen but there is a small fridge and microwave. The private patio is cozy and beautiful. I am definitely staying there again whenever I go to LA!

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot in the Rose Hill area of LA! The surroundings were beautiful—nestled in nature with lots of greenery, birds, and wildlife, yet still just a short drive from all the main attractions we wanted to visit in LA. The neighborhood also had a great variety of delicious food options nearby, which made dining out super convenient. Shanna was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. When we had a small issue with the AC, she got it sorted quickly and made sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and peaceful atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place. Would Stay Again

Rachel was an amazing host and had everything ready for us from beginning to end. The guest suite was super nice and cozy and she had amazing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The WiFi was super fast in which was great for work. She also had many amenities and the whole place was super clean. Rachel was a super host, she had an amazing garden just outside our door. Thank you so much Rachel! Please guys, go stay in this spot it was great!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

The Treehouse was a lovely, peaceful getaway from the busy downtown and traffic. Amazing cafe nearby, and nice walks and many places to visit. We used DoorDash with ease given her great instructions. We also enjoyed sitting in the swinging lounge chair outside.

Perfect location for my brother’s LCAD graduation with plenty of amenities!! The space is amazing and feels like a beautiful getaway that it is! Thank you for the privacy and kindness!! Loved the check in and clear instructions!! The towel and bathroom decor was my personal fave 🩷

We would absolutely stay at the Crows Nest next time we’re in LA. Not only was the space serene and well equipped with plenty of space and amenities, but Josh and his wife were wonderful hosts. We especially loved the peacefulness of the setting, views and watching the hawks in the am and at dusk. This was the ideal Airbnb experience only 10 mins from Hollywood Blvd, but feels miles and miles away.

Adele’s place was wonderful, including a super comfortable bed and luxurious bath. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the little extras like the full-length mirror at the end of the hall (we had some formal events to attend). Adele was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again!

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

Such a beautiful unexpected oasis. The neighborhood has a really authentic Los Angeles vibe. Your just about 8 minute drive from a hopping vibrant street scene. Loved it.

Very beautiful home in a tranquil neighborhood! This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Orange and Irvine, CA. Loretta was a welcoming, attentive, and detail-oriented host. Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting this area.

James is a wonderful host! This place is a great peaceful spot in Pasadena with easy access to the 134 to drive into LA and lots to do down the road in Old Town Pasadena. James is very communicative and friendly. We loved our stay here!

We had an amazing visit! Walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants. Perfect location and a major perk was having a parking spot. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we need. Would stay here again.

Vicki & Brad were great to deal with. I will choose to stay with them any time I am in the area! Peaceful, quiet accommodations with everything I needed & many extras. Sauna in the morning then some fresh fruit (from their trees) & tea for breakfast. I could go on & on about how enjoyable it was. 🤫 don’t tell anyone I want to keep it for myself.
