If you are looking to experience living like a local this is the spot, 12 minutes from airport 15 to beach 18 minutes away from cruise ships and old San Juan and 19 minutes from the choliseo for concerts, supermarket walking distance, bakery, restaurants, wendy's and a mall, public transportation is very easy, very affordable and 24/7. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

My stay there was absolutely wonderful. The bed is extremely comfortable, the AC gets the place ice cold, which was amazing! Fast WiFi, quiet neighborhood, it's gated so it adds another layer of safety and privacy. Oh, and that shower!!! Amazing! Close by Isla Verde beach, so the Uber rides are cheap and they are always around that area so they come around quickly. This Airbnb was clean, safe, quiet, private and something I'd recommend and definitely rebook. My stay there was absolutely wonderful. The bed is extremely comfortable, the air conditioning makes the place freezing, which was amazing! Fast WiFi, quiet neighborhood, it's closed, so it adds another layer of security and privacy. Oh, and that shower! Amazing! Close to Isla Verde beach, so Uber rides are cheap and they're always around that area, so they come quickly. This Airbnb was clean, safe, quiet, private and something I would recommend and definitely come back
