A very comfortable and clean accommodation, also quite well connected with public transport and shops. Something we already knew is that it is a second floor without an elevator, and with the girl's stroller it was difficult to go up, and the neighbors were somewhat noisy. They had the TV very loud and it was heard quite a bit. But within those two negative points I have to say that the accommodation was impeccable and the host was very kind and attentive. We found the apartment very good.

We really liked the place, of all the ones we booked in the area, this was the most beautiful. They really enjoyed their stay. The apartment has everything, even the simplest things are available in the bathroom, shampoo of all brands and kitchen utensils. Everything is available, like in a five-star hotel. They even welcomed them with fruit, coffee, milk and everything... The place was spotless, and everything was clean and available in abundance: towels, bedspreads and everything. What increased our comfort in the apartment was the presence of Shaimaa, who welcomed us with great hospitality and was always in contact with us daily to find out what was served. Thank you very much, Shaimaa. We wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately the apartment was full, but if we come back, this apartment will definitely be our place. Thank you.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. We didn't have to buy salt or oil or pepper, everything was available. There was delicious coffee to start the day. It is very well located near the subway station. The area is quite quiet and you can sleep without problems at night. Alejandra was always attentive to all my messages. If I travel to Barcelona again, I would stay there again.

The room looks like in the pictures. Discreet host what we liked. Fully equipped kitchen. Location close to the Metro and bus. Very pleasant living room. The only minus would be the smell of mold, probably because of the humidity Everything else was ok. Recommended.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It's perfect for bikers — after our rides, we could come back, take a good shower, and unwind in the spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a group of friends or family. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great — close to the beach, with easy access to a supermarket and everything you might need. There's even enough space to host a few more friends. We loved every moment and would definitely come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!
