Our home is close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a full on the bottom - twin on the top bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen hideabed in the living room. The paseos that run through the city are great for walking and biking. The hikes are wonderful also up Pico or Towsley Canyons.
