Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Clara

We stayed at this place for 3 days while organising an event in Santa Clara. The place turned out to be perfect for us as it was quite spacious, both inside and out. It’s also located in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Also, I rented a 4Runner and was afraid of the parking situation but to my pleasant surprise I was able to easily park inside the compound. More than the place, I’m impressed with Rainee and Steven, who were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to help us out with some power tools that we needed during our stay. I’m really grateful for that

Cynthia was proactive and helpful, quick to respond when we had one issue. The home is unique and charming and reminded me so much of my mom's love for antiques. The bathtub is to die for!! Cynthia truly makes comfortable and pampered. We needed a space for responsible teens celebrating their Senior weekend and we loved that it was charming and safe and the downtown was full of cool activities. They went to Santa Cruz and loved that it wasn't too far of a drive. Overall great experience!! Thank you!!

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay! The location is great, and the hosts made everything seamless! Would stay here again! It has all of the essential amenities and was very clean. Also loved having a king bed!

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

Quite easily the best Airbnb I've stayed in in the San Jose area. I often book month long stays as I visit my daughter, who comes to stay with me when I'm there. Most often I'm left disappointed with the places I've stayed in. Not this time, it was a great spot for us to stay, spacious and well equipped. Most often places say they have kitchen facilities but inevitably don't have anything to cook with or are tiny, this place had a fantastic setup with everything one needs for all their cooking, there were even spices and tea and coffee. Wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Great stay, quiet neighborhood, good parking!! Unless you’re looking for street parking it’s really busy. Clean bathrooms, once you get the living room AC unit going the house gets cool. Great for the price.

It is a beautiful and well maintained unit., clean and functional. The host is very thoughtful. Everything is properly labeled and easy to find. The internet access is perfect for games and work. We found the same conveniences as we were home. The bed was very comfortable. We liked neighborhood a lot. It is quite, but everything is near by. Local coffee is excellent, much better than Starbucks. It is close to the major roads. We were very surprised as we got to SFO in 45 minutes in the morning during the morning rush hours. A great place to stay!

Had a great stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. Loved the detached setup and private side entrance — it made the space feel like our own little getaway. Plenty of street parking and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. I’d definitely book again!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this adorable apartment. I was in town for a concert at Stanford Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was an easy walk to and from the venue. The apartment is full of charm and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which was important to me since I was traveling with my daughter. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. A little difficult to find but instructions are accurate. Tracy was very responsive when I had trouble (of my own fault). The apartment was clean and quiet. Everything worked well. Very convenient in a nice neighborhood.

It was a little confusing gettinto the place. We parked in the structure and gained access through 2 floor bridge, but got locked out. We found the ground floor door and were able to use that. The garage gate only open one side. The parking space was tricky because it was next to motorcycles parking. BE CAREFUL, mattress sags at edges, husband fell off bed and hit his face. All in all we had a great time. 👍

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.
