With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

Casa Marroquí (formerly known as Muzzen Muzzef) was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. Its cobalt blue waters and the three volcanoes surrounding it make the view from the house a breathtaking experience.
