After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Cabin for rent very close to the archaeological zone. Ideal for rest and relaxation. It has large green areas and is a very quiet place. Due to COVID-19, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Our mattresses are sanitized. We're following recommendations to help prevent the spread of the virus for the safety of our guests and family.

Very well-lit, quiet and carefully decorated house. It has parking for one small vehicle and there is 24-hour surveillance in the housing unit. Very close to CYMMYT, Universidad Autónoma Chapingo and Colegio de Postgraduados. An excellent place to rest if you come as a group or family to conferences, workshops or training.

Apartment near Chiconcuac and Texcoco

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A 5-minute drive to the Horse Fair and a 10-minute walk to the Chiconcuac market, a 15-minute drive to downtown Texcoco, and 15 minutes to UACh/Tzapin.
