I would give Raymond’s place a 6 star out of 5 as we had a spectacular stay at his place. The place was beautiful , immaculate, very tastefully decorated and close to great restaurants and beaches. He was very responsive and let us drop off our luggage prior ! The house was perfectly beach ready and our celebratory trip also became magical as my daughter got engaged during our day at the beach during our stay !

Amy's place was incredible! My husband and I have visited Santa Barbara before, but never had a chance to stay the night. It was wonderful to get to stay up in the mountains. The view of the city and ocean below were breathtaking -we saw a fair amount of stars both nights as well! The little studio was clean and offered a nice private patio to walk around in if we felt like it. Best part of the place is its relative proximity to everything in the city. It was very easy to get in and out of the main city. Be careful driving around at night, as there aren't very many streetlights in the mountain roads. Overall, this place was amazing and we would definitively recommend it to everyone! Hope to come back soon> Thank you Amy for a wonderful weekend.

This unit is on the side of a gorgeous 100+ year old Victorian home. The garden is full of places to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful garden. The unit has a small kitchen which has everything we needed for our 2-night stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the bedside lamps which provided plug ins for our chargers. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious. Easy to understand instructions were found throughout.

Nice house in Santa Barbara in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick drive from the beach and downtown. The spa is a great amenity to relax after a day out .

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

Great place to stay, flexible hours for check-in, clear instructions and walkable to get to know Santa Barbara, the bathroom has a bit of a damp smell due to lack of ventilation, although there is an extractor fan.

Website was very accurate in all accounts. Host lives upstairs but never heard or saw them. Place was clean, very private and quiet. We needed a quiet retreat and this place didn’t disappoint. Also not far from places to go to in Montecito.

Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was just as described! You can’t beat the price and it had everything we needed. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and really close to other popular places. The place itself was on a busier street, but still felt private because of the gate. There was also a lot of food places near by. The private patio was amazing for hanging out— the freeway noise is something to note, but my friends and I didn’t mind it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

We stayed In SB for one night, we really enjoyed staying there, feel comfortable, close to good restaurant and hot spots. Very convenient, recommended for people are looking for a good place to rest and convenience. Host is always responsive and very helpful. Definitely would come back in the future.

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

Amanda’s place made it super easy to get everything I wanted out of this amazing town! Truly just 1 minute from the beach, walkable to the cute DT, parking spots were easy to find, and very peaceful little patio. Thank you for a great stay!

Hosts are very friendly, respond rapidly. Place is super clean, and well organized. If I could give the hosts and this place 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend this beautiful peaceful place. Look forward to staying again in the future.
