Jim and Adriana are amazing host - very pleasant and personable. They make you feel immediately at home. The breakfast was delicious and their recommendation for dinner was spot on!!! Looking forward to our next visit with them.

Peter's house was perfect for traveling with young kids. Peter and his wife set up bedding for our young kids which was so helpful especially with our evening arrival. There were so many fun toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Peter and his wife thought of everything and are great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Das Gästehaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Besonders gut waren auch die Pancakes, die es am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück gab und das nette Gespräch mit den beiden Gastgebern.

Jim and Adriana give such a warm and inviting energy. Their place is cozy and comfy. They are truly in invested in their guests having a good stay. Adriana is an incredible cook and we loved their breakfast and hanging out with them and their guests. Would definitely come back!

Jim and Adriana are such a sweet couple and fun to talk to - this was our first true BnB experience and learning about them and the other guests was really fun! The location is great and within walking distance to the main town area, which we appreciated. Thanks for a great weekend!

It was so good that we stayed an extra night. Very cozy BnB, the vibes here were awesome. The family is very friendly and we spent mornings at the breakfast table wrapped up in conversation for hours, very wholesome! Rooms were clean, and the views were pleasant. Walking distance from the “downtown” (it’s not very big) including restaurants, thrift stores, coffee shops, and more. My partner and I would absolutely stay here again! Walls were a bit thin; we could hear folks snoring through the walls but it wasn’t so bad and earplugs were provided too!

A unique stay that is well kept. You will actually WANT to spend time in your room. We plan to come back next year try out the Egyptian suite. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Ballard Inn! The front desk attendant was so kind and helpful. The room was so comfortable and the community rooms in the Inn were gorgeous! It is in a tiny hamlet which is fun to walk around in and very safe and tucked away. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay here in future!!

Cute place in a fantastic location! Stayed in the Summer Room on the top floor and had a great mountain view! Breakfast was incredible and the host was super welcoming. Just an overall fantastic place to stay in SB.
