Booked this place for my boyfriend's birthday. Super saya niya with the place. Location is very close sa Megamall at Podium. Like legit walking distance! Some restaurants nearby din. I had a great stay. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I've had. She treated me like a real friend. The place has a nice view and has everything you need waiting for you.

I stayed at this Airbnb recently and honestly, it was such a gem. The space was beautifully designed, super clean, and had this warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made the stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable. It was in a great location too!! close enough to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet. If you’re planning a trip and want a place that’s both cozy and memorable, I highly recommend staying here. It made my whole trip so much better!

its an amazing place if you want to chill and have a room to drink with your partner. hopefully it will be cleaned off the bugs though, but overall its a great experience.

Our stay was great! Place was clean, vibe was nice, i liked the details of the furniture and decor. The couch is comfy. Only thing I wish would be added is a bidet in the cr :)

I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The place is very welcoming and very clean upon arrival. Also, they have complete sets of cooking wares, utensils and other things needed in a staycation. Host is very responsive to all my messages providing me with helpful information. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely book here again.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

We had a wonderful stay at Jireh’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. The unit is very cozy— perfect for a quiet and peaceful staycation. ❤️ Thank you so much, Ms. Mel, for the thoughtfulness and organization in preparing your unit. Great central place to stay in makati

Truly enjoyed my stay at Kim’s place. Loved the big living room space, and the unit was complete with everything I needed. The whole building is also a serviced residence, so whatever you order gets delivered to your doorstep. Kim was also very responsive and friendly. :) Price is a bit higher than usual as compared to other places, but definitely worth the money.

I rented this apartment for my colleague for her first trip to Makati and Mark went above and beyond, as usual, to make it a great and easy experience for her. Thanks for another lovely stay to Mark and the team!

Really love this unit, I love my morning coffee and drinking it at the balcony was extraordinary! Very clean and has everything you need. One of my favourite stays, I’ll definitely try to book again in the future if I catch it available.
