Super responsive host! Had fun staying.

A great house in a brilliant location. The pool was great with small paddling pool for kids and larger/deeper pool. Excellent supermarket three minutes away and the beach about ten - easy walking even with a five-year old. Georgina could not have been more helpful and it was lovely to stay in someone's home not just another corporate-run airbnb

Wonderful place to stay in a quiet central part of town. Terressa was lovely and we would stay again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the hosts was perfect– always quick and friendly. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much easier. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is a nice place to stay in Barceloneta. It is quite clean, spacious, well apportioned and there is really not much negative to say about the unit. The beds and bathrooms are adequate for the price paid. Wifi, AC, Hot water, all worked perfectly well. The bedrooms are scattered over 3-4 floors so it may be a challenge for heavy luggage or those with mobility issues. For those who have never been to Barcelona before, the area might seem a bit run down, which is part of the charm, but it is annoying because the street could be cleaner, with dog excrement in the side walks being an annoying part. This of course is not the responsbility of the host or a problem with the unit itself. Everything is accessible by foot, metro, and taxis are easy to come by. Overall if you are staying in Barceloneta this place is a worthwhile pick!

Francesc was a very accommodating host!! He was very friendly, responsive, and flexible with our check in time. The apartment was clean and in a great location, would definitely recommend to anyone or stay again :)

We were very comfortable in the house and and the outside space and pool are great for a gathering and sunset snacks session. Mr. Longullo was very helpful, solved a delivery issue for us, keep checking on us to see if everything was okay, and helped us with some difficulties in the house. Super nice and friendly as well. I super recommend this property for a family or friends stay! :)

Unbeatable experience. From the first moment they knew I arrived in Barcelona, they took the trouble to call me to give clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. The room was impeccable, they offered us water as soon as we arrived. I had a concert and they were concerned at all times about our well-being and even if we got home safely. The owners' good heart is evident and it was certainly the best last-minute opportunity I could have had to book 🩷

She was always kind and thoughtful for us. I pretty enjoy to stau in her house. I recommand you guys to stay with her place.

Great place to enjoy the sea, harbor, lovely town Sitges and easy and fast commute to Barcelona. Well equipped apartment with two great terraces, cozy sitting room and well equipped kitchen.

It was a pleasure to stay in a residential district, 2 mins away from the metro. A great base to explore the city. The house has real character and is stylishly furnished. We enjoyed eating on the roof terrace and in the garden. The stairs upstairs are quite steep but if you have difficulty with mobility, 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs. I’d highly recommend the host and the property.

Maria’s place is better than I expected. The house sits in a tiny square with no cars next to the local church. It’s like a movie setting. Inside Maria transformed a century old home into a perfect combination of old meets new where she’s thought of every detail. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and the patio is perfect for having breakfast, afternoon tea, or a glass or three ;) of wine. When it’s hot out the little pool is just what you need. Alella is a beautiful little town and if you have a car it’s a perfect base to explore the Costa Brava, Barcelona, Girona and maybe even take a day trip to France. THANK YOU, MARIA!!!

Can't praise this place enough! The photos are accurate but don't capture how spacious and airy it feels. Six of us stayed there and felt we had plenty of spaces to come together but also have time apart. It's also a very charming, handsome property. If you want an IKEA type modern apartment (lots of them around Barcelona) this isn't for you. This place is a well loved home, full of character. The courtyard is a haven of calm and we all all enjoyed sitting out by the lemon tree, listening to birdsong. Hard to believe a train runs just across the road. Vilassar de Mar is a friendly area with good bars and cafes, local shops and a short walk to a nice sandy beach with crystal clear water. The area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, giving a nice balance between a city break and a relaxing beach holiday. Final mention to Adrià and Manuel. Super helpful, informative people, quick to respond to any problems or questions.

We stayed almost ten days at Natalia's place, in her large place which is really GREAT. We loved this place that brings together all the practical things - a real cozy house - and the cleanliness was there. Natalia was caring and attentive to anything we may have needed. I would definitely recommend this place near the beaches. Thanks again:)

Everyone was very communicative and the place was just as expected. Great location as well, right near La sagrada familia. The recommendations from Regina were great too.

Monica's place is lovely, clean and good location. It's perfect for a family with kids. Check-in is self-contained, but Monica remains attentive, responsive and attentive. the accommodation is perfectly located, Vilassar de mar is peaceful and really a nice city. We had a very pleasant stay with our family. Thanks again for everything Monica! looking forward to coming back, I'd recommend it without a second thought

Our stay was great! Some of the units had an electrical problem (due to the electric company) and they moved us into a new one until it was resolved and even gave us a partial refund! They were so kind and accommodating, even though the outage wasn’t their fault. The condos are beautiful and the service is great. Lots of fun places nearby! Prime spot! Highly recommend.
