Villa vacation rentals in Sant Joan d'Alacant

The Los Pintos villa was perfect for our needs, a family of 9 spending some relaxing days together. There a 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 toilets, and large lounge and also good space outdoors for eating and relaxing. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, and there is a supermarket and a number of good restaurants and cafes in the area. Very helpful host who helped us immediately to get the hot water working, and was flexible with check out time.

We were with a group of 12 and had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa on top of the mountain. Absolutely stunning view all around, simply breathtaking and also very peaceful! The villa itself is really nice, with 4 bedrooms in the house itself, and 2 bedrooms below the terrace. All rooms were nice with their own bathroom. We didn't spend any time inside with the beautiful weather and you have everything you need outside with the swimming pool, large table and a full kitchen with 2 fridges, cooking spot,... We recommend you hire a car when staying there because there's not that much to do at walking distance. The host was also proactive and friendly! 1 suggestion : Entrance to the villa was easy but it would be better if the person meeting us also speaks English so it's understandable and we could ask questions. Other than that, it was a great experience for us all and we fully recommend this place!

Luxury accommodation. The most remarkable thing is the views from the house, but also the cleanliness, how cozy, large and comfortable it is. We would go back without thinking!

Beautiful location, even more beautiful than in the photos! Perfect to completely relax and unwind. It is quiet all day and night. Anything you need is present. Communication went smoothly with clear instructions. Friendly welcome on site by Claudia. Carlos (the man who manages the plot) is easy to get along with and will not disturb you during your stay.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

We had the pleasure to stay in the villa as a family of 2 adults and a 10month old baby. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, it was incredibly clean and organised. The pool was clean and ideal for our stay with a baby. The pool area was great, as you had sunny areas all day, but also shade if you wanted it. The AC was very much appreciated in July in Alicante. Pablo was very friendly and quickly responsive at any time. He kindly organised for us to get the keys on arrival despite of us arriving late at night, and nothing was a bother. The residential area where the house is has plenty of restaurants, cervecerias, shops, a few beaches and is really peaceful. When we next visit Alicante, we would most certainly hope to stay here again! Thanks again Pablo!

Lovely stay. Beautiful villa with outstanding views in a quiet and peaceful location. Would recommend hiring a car to get around. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Such a lovely host, gave us a lift when our taxi was over an hour late so we didn’t miss our booked show. Went above and beyond when our rent a card wouldn’t start, giving us jump leads and helping us communicate with breakdown services. Let us check out late when we were unable to leave on time due to car break down. Let us check in early and provided extra beds as requested.

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

spent 11 days in the villa with all of the family children and Grandchildren, all really enjoyed the villa and location. Car was essential to visit local beaches and surrounding villages but well worth it. would definitely recommend the Villa and area.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful and beautiful part of Finestrat, but only a 10 minute taxi into the busy town and 15 minutes into Benidorm. The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to enjoy your holidays. Christelle was a brilliant representative, so polite and approachable and was on hand if we ever needed anything. There was 13 adults in our party and the sleeping arrangements were perfectly fine. I have seen other reviews commenting on the basement room, we thought it was a really good very large space and the fold out beds were just as comfy as any other bed. This is a beautiful place for family holiday or large groups. 5 stars 🌟 Thankyou to Christelle for being an amazing host

Great welcome by Ignacio and family. Very sweet and welcoming people. We found the house and the outdoor space even more beautiful than in the photos. Very quiet environment to relax. About 5 to 10 minutes' walk away, you will arrive at the tram stop that takes you to the hustle and bustle. All amenities were more than excellent. We highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and responds quickly, another host arranges everything else with you and if you have any questions you can also contact her. Furthermore, there was also a lot of information in the villa about what you can do in the area. We thought it was a great place for a group of 8 people.

We had a wonderful stay in Jur and Ruchamah's stunning home. The place has clearly been renovated fairly recently. Very modern, minimalist and clean but with a homey feel. No expense spared with the decor etc - lovely, quality bedding, pillows, crockery etc. Jur was kind and welcoming and sent some great recommendations. He also provided us with some welcome fruit picked from his garden. Thank you very much

Wow!!! Our short stay revived us thanks to the hospitality, friendliness and availability of Gema! The house is even better than the pictures! Contemporary charm with excellent linen! The work around is not at all a problem! Easily accessible Too bad it was booked because our children, saddened by their departure, would have extended their stay! I would come back and recommend it 2000%.
