Summer accommodation in a very good and quiet location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended. Diego was very friendly and helpful at all times.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. This is a fantastic place to stay. Sunny balcony. Stunning views. Right in the heart of Santa Cruz. You need to walk to this as this historic place was built way before cars. there is a drop off point at the end of the street if you do get a taxi. if not it's a 5 minute walk from the promenade and town hall.

The house was a total success, completely renovated, clean, tidy and equipped, it didn't lack any detail. The air conditioners work perfectly, the terrace is wonderful with the extra pool (which is appreciated in summer) and they have recommendations for visiting and eating in the city. We'll be back for sure!

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay, was so close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a care free holiday, will definitely be coming back!

Jose was always attentive. friendly and collaborative. He is an excellent host, he guides you on how to take the Tranvia, the hours that passes and how to supply you with food if you need it. The home much more than I expected, it is a three story bungalow chalet house that has everything you need to spend it very comfortably in Familia. I don't understand how there are reviews that criticize visible cables and other unimportant things. Thank you very much José, we will definitely come back. A hug.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of room for a large group. We were all super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the bbq, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go somewhere else for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He has given us many recommendations that have been a total success, and has made our stay great. So, in short, a totally recommended stay!!

Adrian has been a spectacular host from the moment the reservation was confirmed. He was very friendly and communicative at all times and gave me a lot of tips and suggestions for things to do in the area, as well as telling me that he was available for anything we needed during the weekend. The house was very clean and 100% faithful to the description of the ad, all the equipment was very complete. I will not hesitate to book with him again if I travel to the Alicante area again, he was also very flexible with us regarding the check-in and check-out time of the house. The apartment is fantastic. Its location is brilliant. The views from the balcony are stunning and its a short walk to the marina with its many coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Eduardo has been one of the best hosts we've ever had! Attentive, always attentive to our needs and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is super nice and equipped with everything! The best location to stay in the best area of Alicante with San Juan beach from our window every morning. You won't need to use the car because you have everything around you. Restaurants, San Juan Beach and if you are traveling with children, a diagonal park in the sand that my children enjoyed to the fullest! Thank you so much for all your attention Eduardo! An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

Subway is across the street, one of the best beaches in Alicante is 5 minutes away. Apartment is perfect for a quiet beach get away. Very comfortable and cozy. The host Milton was very friendly and helpful, he also speaks unlimited number of languages!
