Really beautiful place and location is amazing. Only issues are no air conditioning and when opening the windows with no screen to get some air flow, we had a lot of bugs. Sweated all night sleeping with not even a sheet. My husband was upset that the listing doesn’t share this more clearly but overall it was a great stay (only for one night) and right near where we needed to be.

Tincho was very polite and helpful at all times. Everything was great.

I find that David's listing was true to the pictures as seen on the profile. I appreciate that the location of David's place was slightly out from the city (aka Viladecans) but also provided proximity to El-Prat airport for convenience. David's place was also reasonably priced. David was very kind to receive me in person and give me the briefing on his place and the things I needed to take note of. Also, David consistently messaged me to check in on me and make sure that I was comfortable and settling in, which was something I appreciate too. Just note that David's place was on the 4th floor and there was no lift in the building so I had to lug up my very suitcase along the stairs but I suppose that's not David's fault - just something I wished I had known prior.

Cristian is a very good host! He was very attentive to my arrival and helped me when I was delayed due to my flight being delayed. The location is very good, close to the Metro and the room was spotless as it looked in the photos. Regards!

I would always come back. They certainly change the rules and prove that there are Boutique Hostels. Thank you for thinking of every detail to make you feel at home. This is what a hostel should be like, there are luxury towels at no extra charge and many amenities, they really understand that your arrival times may not coincide with the check-in time, there is a very well-equipped full bathroom so you can take a shower as soon as you arrive or after checking out. The facilities are divine, the breakfast pastries are delicious, there are also fruits, granola, eggs and milk (animal and vegetable) to make a good breakfast, you just need to buy a good Iberian ham in the neighborhood market. It is the best equipped kitchen I have used in a hostel (Nespresso, Press, electric kettle, orange juicer) Ice and drinking water are available on demand. I met cool and calm people and we were all really impressed with the quality. Oh, there's also laundry included in the price

It was lovely to have reception opened all the time so even arriving at 1am in the early morning was so easy and fast. The pool was really good for my 2 year old in floaties and 9,11 & 12 year old boys who were still able to stand in 2/3 of the pool and enjoyed it even though they don’t know how to swim. Kitchen was well equipped but would love it if they have bigger mugs as well. A big plus was the washing machine in the kitchen and clothes air dryer and mop all in your own kitchen. Everything was very well thought of down to the core so was really helpful when bringing small children. It would be nice to just have some tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil in the apartment just to help start out the day espeacially when you’ve just arrived and just dying for a coffee. The reception staffs were amazing and very helpful helping store our suitcases after we checked out and picked them up hours later. 3 train stations were nearby. Getting on the L1 was the easiest from Av. Carrilet.

I went to Barcelona for work and Montse treated me great. The place was just what I was looking for. Clean room, super comfortable bed, the bathroom had many towels and the apartment also had a fairly well-stocked kitchen for cooking. It is located about 8 minutes from the train station and from there it takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Barcelona. The town and the apartment have all kinds of amenities nearby (cafes, supermarkets, parks...) Not only the accommodation itself is noteworthy, but also Montse's treatment and friendliness. He was always attentive to my comfort and was quite kind to me. Without a doubt, a great option for people like me who were temporarily going to Barcelona. 100% recommended accommodation.

We had a great time and highly recommend staying at Rosa Maria's. She was super attentive and always available for our needs. Easy to park in the vicinity of the place and close to public transport. The truth, highly recommended!
