The house is located in one of them, it has a wonderful 12th century castle. We have a supermarket 50 meters away and the beach just three kilometers away. Ideal for road or mountain bike lovers. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Casa la Vinya is our cozy house with swimming pool and sauna in which we live and rent the 2 apartments on the lower floor. The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests! Final cleaning, bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price.
